I've been in love with my best friend for a year now, I kept it in because I knew she didn't feel the same way, I was in the friend zone. About a 2 months ago, she told me she was leaving her loser boyfriend who she's been off and on with for 5 years now, he cheats, uses her and yeah booty call and yet she always goes back, and taking my advice and going back to college and taking care of herself for awhile. Anyway she goes back after 3 weeks and I got really upset, told her how I felt about her and was tired of picking up the pieces all the time and being the good guy. Well we haven't spoken much since, a few times but that's it. I told her I was gonna go to the bahamas for a few days to get away. She calls me back and asks if she can come, I instinctively say yes and she buys her own plane ticket and we'll share the room. So what do i think, is this her not too subtle way of saying she likes me too or is this some sort of buddy trip? We've never been away alone together only in group

Don't presume anything. There is no way for anyone to know what she is thinking. Just be happy for the opportunity to be alone with her, so that you can show her how a nice guy acts when he cares for someone. She will make the move if she is ready. Just give her plenty of opportunities.

I think its her way of saying that she might take a chance with you. She knows how you feel about her so if she knows how you feel and didnt feel the same for you then she would never have bought a ticket knowing you would be alone together. I think you may have finally gotten your girl!

Either she is exploring her feelings or she is a really dumb ***** trying to play you. I am (as you probably are) really hoping for the first one... I hella wish I knew you so I could know how this all ends. It's like a movie!!

I think that she is taking you subconsciously as her safety and security no. She knows that there is something to fall back on. Tell her how you feel and then both you guys decide.
