i've known this girl a few weeks. we've hung out (gone to bars, usually) 3-4 times.
she has seemed flirty. asked if was single, sits very close, doesn't mind me touching her, etc.
she works at a cafe where i often go. today, i saw her there, and she said hello first. but when she got off work, she did not come and chat with me as she usually does. she just left! i wanted to ask her to do something, but couldn't. i was with a guy friend of mine she hates though, so maybe that's it, I dont know.
what do you think? should i be kind of offended, or is it just nothing? she has never done this before.

Don't take it personally, she might have just had a bad day or like you said, didn't want to approach you because of your friend. See if she behaves the same next time you see her and if she does, ask her straight out if everything is ok. If she says yes, then you've done your part.

I think its too late. You have hung out at the bars were she could get drunk and you have not closed the deal during that time. And since you are always at her work place, she probably feels overwhelmed by you being there all the time. In the beggining, there was some anticipation with both you and her. But now she does not think that there is anything for her to discover since your pretty predictable now.
Being at her work place is a big turn off too.

That's no big deal. She was probably just avoiding the other guy or trying to prove she isn't a clingy person. Don't be offended if the chemistry is there stick with her to see how things work out.

It is probably because you were with a guy friend, and men always act different when they are with their friends. Plus, your friend would have looked at her and that might have made her feel uncomfortable. Or she could have needed to go to the bathroom really bad.

could have been the friend or maybe something was wrong was with her like at home, and she was upset about something, so she didn't want to come talk to you especially if you were with some guy friend that she doesnt like. i wouldn't read too much into it. im sure she isn't mad at you...its not like you did something right?

there could be a million reasons why she just left. but give it a day or 2 and call her and she how she acts, dont bring it up and if she acts wierd then then maybe something isup

Why be offended, she didnt come over because she didnt like your friend, not you... Or she had something else to do, and didnt have the time!!! If it persists talk to her, if you really are interested in her...
