me. He moved into the apartment we were suppose to get at the beach and asks me to spend the night, enjoy the moonlight walks and sunrises. He says that right now he has sworn off women but if he hadn't he would still be w/ me (has also told others this). I'm confused

It sounds like he's just confused about what he wants and he wants to bring you along with him. You can still be there for him but distance yourself and see how much he really misses you and it may just change his mind about breaking up with you!

If he told you that the relationship is over but still keeps you around, he just moved you to booty call status. That means he no longer sees you as girlfriend material, just an easy piece of a s s. Tell him you have met another guy and see what his reaction is. If he doesn't mind, it's time to move on. Women usually take hints really well. Why are you not taking this one?

Its called KEEPING YOU ON THE BACK BURNER.
Its a special insurance policy against being totally alone and means he will still get laid from time to time when he wants a booty call.
You will get the hard shaft right out the door the moment he meets someone he likes enough to make a relationship with.
Not very nice huh? Dont empower him to use you by hanging around and being available.

That is a bit confusing, and even as a guy, I can't quite interpret it. I think you should take into consideration the fact that you were his last girlfriend, and now he says he's sworn off women...
Either you did something, or he just realized he's gay, which is a good possibility.

It's obvious that he's into you. But he's probably doing what he told you: he's working on himself. Taking care of certain feelings inside that might stop your relationship to go forward.
I remember when I first dated my bf, he broke up after a month telling me the same thing. After we got back together he told me that he needed to get rid of the feelings he had for his ex before moving forward with me.
I appreciate that. Its a sign of maturity.

Maybe he's playen you and wanted to tell everyone that right now he's stayin away fom women so you wont meet the other girl. Or maybe he's just confused his self. Talk to him.

confused? why? you choose to believe what he says and you choose to go along with it. you also know the truth, but refuse to see it as the truth. He knows you are a for sure thing and he has set him self up living the best of both lives.
