once its been proven to be your offspring, if thats necessary, whats wrong with paying your fair share of things for the child(ren)? that should be roughly half, unless your ex is a millionaire and you work at mcdonalds, but even then, take the kids clothes shopping in a while. if you love your kids, wouldnt you want them to be taken care of in the best possible way? now the system is played alot by some smart women who choose evil, and sometimes guys get the shaft. but im finally looking at the statistics, and most of the judgements seem pretty fair. ive never been there in that position, but it seems to me that paying for a child goes hand in hand with co-parenting one. and if you never see your kids, then thats low down. whoevers to blame for that is not doing the kids any favors.

My fiancee is 25 and has no children of her own. I have told her that I would love to have one child with her and beyond that I can not say. She would like to have 2 "biolgical" children and can not say that having one would be enough for her. Her fear is if either one of us compromise too much that in the end we may end up resenting one another. So really the issue here is this a family of 5 vs. a family of 6. I do have placement of my two boys as they are with me about 70% of the time. My fiancee is very active with my boys and will make a wonderful step mother.

As far as any other relationship issues there are very few. Nothing that doesn't occur in all long term relationships, we are very good at communicating our thoughts and concerns and most issues are quickly resolved. However, this is lingering and it is really hurting our relationship, to the point we have discussed splitting up. I am in love with this woman, she is my best friend and I do not want to lose her over this.

I've been married just short of two years, and my spouse has stopped doing romantic things. This makes me not enjoy the intimacy we have as well. I think I would really enjoy sponge baths, massages, candles and music to set the mood, etc. every now and then (maybe once a month), but he is so busy and tired from work - it doesn't even cross his mind to be romantic. What can I do?

My husband and I have been having some issues for quite some time, he seems to think that they're all of a sudden. He went to my best friend to talk to her about me. Trying to find out some things, things that he thinks I'm not telling him. He asked her not to say anything to me because he feels it would cause more problems between us (you think?) The ironic thing is he says he's never lied to me or kept any thing from me. I'm not sure what he calls this. Any way my friend told me that he came over and that he asked her not to say anything to me. Should I confront him? I hate that he thinks I'm keeping things from him, and he's acting all innocent, but obiously he's not.

We have been broken up for 7 months now and I don't know if I should tell her. I think it would be a selfish tjing to do. I know she suspected it. The next day I ended our relationship because I was too ashamed & too weak obviously to commit to her, truly. I believe in being honest, but when it comes to a thing like this... This is about as horrible a thing I could picture myself doing and I did it. Will telling her help at all? I do not want this to happen again. I am afraid that not saying a word is still lying about it in shame. Not owning up to it. What do I do?

The mother has fought for two years to ensure she had her time with her youngest child, in a 50/50 shared custody divorce. Now, she says that she is moving and the child can determine where she wants to live. The move will take the mother 1200 miles from where she now lives. She is all the sudden okay if she only sees her daughter during the summer and rotated holidays etc... Now I find out, that she plans to move out there with this guy that is 41 years older than she is and she is 42, he is buying the house, paying for the move and she is going to be his so called live in care taker. I have seen the guy, and he is old, but does not seem to have any problem getting around. She claims there is nothing romantic at all. He obviously has money and she has blown me away by not asking for anything and how willing she is to basically give up her rights to our youngest daughter. I am presently facing an extremely unfair occurrence at my workplace. Several colleagues, including myself, have been asking for a raise for the last year with no result, except for one guy. Not only is he making more money than others with more experience, proven track record etc, he just got a promotion and a new office. To make matters worst, a few weeks back I came across his wife in the corridor. She was with the boss and he was kissing her against the wall. Now I thought may be my colleague was not aware of this, but at another time I saw the boss holding her waist while the three of them were talking together. I also remember how the boss was dancing with her at the office party last year. Now I think the reason this guy is getting all the favors is because his wife who is very attractive is sleeping with the boss. I want to if this is a common occurrence at the workplace? Is so what am I supposed to do against this?

I have been dating this great 41 year old woman for about 5 months now. She has a very nice and pretty 17 year old daughter. Okay so theres this kid(my neighbors cousin)who lives about a town or 2 away from me. he comes over my neighbors house alot especially when it was during the summer.and i met him and then he found my myspace,and was like lets hangout and stuff and used to leave me like 20 billion messages on myspace. He then asked me later online when he got my sn(b/c i wrote it in my about me section on my page) that if i ask u out later what would u say and i said i know u like me but i like someother kid named matt(and i do) and i just wanna be friends. and to him it was like oh well i can talk and talk to u online and we can hang out and basically he always wanted me to call him and i kinda hesitated it. till one day my sisters bfmade a sn and said hey this is matt im dating sara please stop bothering her so much and he believed it. The thing is he still LOVES talking to me so much and says im pretty and i even constantly keep talking about matt to make him go away but he wont leave me alone. HELP!

Hi everyone, I'm in a dilemma with one of my friends. He was a love interest at one point but recently, not anymore. We attend the same college and he is 2 years older than me. We are also in the same class. Whenever we have that class, we meet an hour earlier before the class starts at the cafe since we both are free at that time. For the past two times, he's been coming 15-27 minutes late. The first time this happened, I called him up and asked him where he was. He was being vague about his location and told me "I might go to the cafe later." Because I didn't like the uncertainty of the word "might", I went to the library. When he went to the cafe (15 minutes later), he called me up when he didnt see me and we met up. Yesterday, he wasn't at the cafe and I didn't bother to call him. Afterall, if he wanted to show up, he would show up, right? He didn't show up for 27 minutes and I didn't receive a phone call. Later on, he called me "impatient" and bitched about life. Any thoughts?

she has been a mother to me and her kids as my own siblings also.when her friend came to see me..she has started saying words against me and everything turned inside out.there has been a time that they have kept my things. mum doesnt want me to leave.i did something so she'll be angry at me and tell me to go.even if its against my will and my heart.i have recorded our conversation with one of her daughters.she got angry.but the next day when she saw me.she just hugged me so tight.and i told her the truth that i did that so she will hate me.so it will not be also hard for me to leave mum.now her kids are angry. i have never said anything against them cause i treated them as my own family.just i cant think that when people are jealous and saw a good relationship like we were like a family someone's always trying to ruin it.for their sake.why people has to be so harsh.this lady has told that mum and her kids hated me.but mum said its not true.what should i believe?

ok this might be weird but i just started gr 12 right and my aerobics teacher (woman)is realy nice, she convertable to talk about anything and just a fun teacher overall, well i'm the shy type and i don't talk to anyone in my class and they are all younger then me so i don't realy care,but while jogging in aerobics, my teacher try to make small talk with me probably cause i'm so quite,but anyways after that i felt like i could tell her everything about my life and secrets and personal feeling about my life that i would never tell anyone about,speacialy the parts when i feel depressed, i dunno y this is happening to me it's weird, i think it happened before in gr 10 with a different teacher but she never talk to me tho..but anyways does anyone know y this is? y do i feel like that around her?

I broke up with my love of three years. We separted last years because I moved to other states. Recently, he realized that we will not able to be together so he wanted to move on.

I respected his decision; therefore, we decided to set each others free---no contact and no friendship until we both can move on with our life. We both are moving on. Although I always think of him and the wonderful memory we have shared. Last year while we separated he used to tell me that he thinks of me night and day. I am just wondering whether he is still thinking of me sometimes.

I do not want him back, I just want to know if he still think or care about me.

she was born when he & I started dating. he never told me about her.he knew that the girl was pregnant but denied her & had nothing to do with her. he was 30yrs old(divorced w/ 2 kids) & she was only 19! that bothers me alot! he was the adult in this situation & he was so irresponsible & thought he could get away with it! she lives an hour from us now. i found out when he was served papers for support. he knew about her all along & went in for a paternity test when she was 1 1/2yrs. and didn't tell me! nobody knows about this child except him & I. As a mother this breaks my heart. I am having a hard time with it. the child never asked to be here. I don't understand how anyone could turn their back on a child. it is one of our biggest fights. not to mention he owes $30K in arrears. i thought he was paying & found out he wasn't. D.A is taking it now. I work F/T & take care of my responsiblities & most of his & my 3 kids from my first marriage. I don't know what to do. kids & i suffer!
