If you're really serious about the person you're planning on asking out, then I wouldn't suggest flirting with others. Try taking a break from that and showing more interest in the person you want to ask out.
Guys like it when girls put all their attention on them. It makes them feel like the most important to that girl.

Also, if you do not know if the someone you are asking out will say yes, then it means you are not left with no-one!
