if she's not ur gf, and she's just some girl u talk to and she talks about hot guys or a particular hot guy, she either likes you and is trying to make you jealous so you will have more of an incentive to make a move, or she likes you but also likes other guys. If the second one is true she's a tramp and you shouldn't worry about her. Most of the time if a girl likes you she's not gonna talk about some other guy in your presence unless she's very immature.

is she your gf? if she is then butt in the conversation and say what are you talking about? Dont take crap from her and remember theres a million women who are better for you than she is trust me.
