It would not be bigamy in the U.S. where the Lesbian union is not recognized as a marraige. It would be bigamy in Canada however. This is of course, all theoretical

It would be if the marriage in Canada was recognized by law (like some of the states in the USA have done). As far as I know if you marry one person and never divorce and then marry again, that's bigamy. Good luck and God Bless.

Not sure about the legality, but if she married a man she wouldnt be a true lesbian, unless she is lying to the man. And I'd consider your wifes motive.

i would see it as bigamy. no matter wat this one lesbian has 1 wife + 1 husband = 2 people. if u are married to more than 1 person it is considered a bigamy.

Sounds like she wants to run to Canada to marry a lesbian.

Might as well be. People shouldn't go get married twice, no matter what. Secret families are a disaster waiting to happen.

Please do us a favor and lay off the drugs and/or booze before you lose any more brain cells.

The marriage to the opposite sex in the U.S. is probably grounds for an annulment in the Canadian same sex marriage anyway.

But yes, its bigamy. Bi=two, gamy=marriage.

In Canada yes but the US doesnt "recognize" gay marriages so it doesnt matter here.
