My mother was in a huge fight with my wife and I, and hung up on my wife after saying "I'm done with you guys." We didn't talk to her for a month, and she didn't show up at my son's baptism. After getting his 3-month pictures taken, I sent them to various family members, but not her. She called me yesterday asking where her pictures were and when I told her why we didn't send them, she hung up on me again. Were we in the wrong?

My friends and I went out together this weekend. My ex was in town, so I invited him to come to a club with us. He tried to kiss me, but I turned away and he got my ear instead. After that, the night was over. I sent him a text the next day that said "thanks for coming out". He replied "thanks for tasting so good". He always said dumb stuff like that, so I thought nothing of it.

My fiancee saw the text and went into convulsions, and called my ex. To make a long story short, my ex lied and told him we were kissing repeatedly and that he still has strong feelings for me. I never kissed him and have no feelings for him! I only invited him out cuz i figure, im getting married next month, which means I have to cut all ties with my ex's (I'm usually cordial with all my ex's).

Now, my fiancee is very distant, and acts like I cheated on him. I can understand how he would be upset, but if he loved me he would believe me. Neither one of us knows if this wedding is gonna happen now.

My boyfriend and I started as best friends and now we are very close. We have decided that we'll marry when we grow up, and I strongly prefer to live alone with him.

However, my mother has always stressed that she wants to live with me forever, and I know very well that it is because she feels she has nobody else in the world and she loves me very much.

Unfortunately, I don't like that because of her occasional psychologically unstable behaviour that I am extremely sensitive to. Also, I am very sad that she has always invaded my privacy throughout my teenage life and always made me depressed. I have tried my best, patiently, to encourage her to give me more privacy but there seems to be a limit to it. I feel sorry for my mother, but still, I want to be free.

I have contemplated about the problem in search for solutions, but to no avail, especially since I don't know how the situation will be like in the future.

I want to live with him only. What can I do?

My husband has been having some health lately & isn't supposed to be drinking now. Yesterday he didn't answer his phone for a couple of hours & I was worried . He came home drunk - when I asked where he'd been he said he went to an upscale strip club here.

I've asked him not to go to strip clubs, because I worked at one when I was younger for a couple of years & I know what goes on. Upscale clubs are worse than the lower ones, because money will pretty much get anything you want. He has given his word he wouldn't - he's happy to go with me (which we do at times)

Granted, he was honest. And he didn't have make-up or that all too familiar topless dancer smell on him, so I do believe he didn't have a lap dance.

I'm mad that he broke his promise about not going. And about drinking, but also that he didn't answer his phone. What if something was wrong with our sons, I'd had a wreck or the car broke down, etc?

Would you be mad about this? Am I overreacting?

So my crush found out I like him because one of my friends told him. He has never had a girlfriend. Whenever he sees me, he smiles and waves hi but Im too afraid to approach him now so I havent. But he hasnt approached me either which I see as a bad sign. Theres a certain TV show we watch together and he seemed excited for it but then I found out through another friend he wont be able to watch it because of this club (my crush obviously forgot about that) and my crush never came up to me and said "hey I cant do it" which I also see as a bad sign.

When I was folding everything, I noticed a red bra that I know I washed was missing. Looking further, I'm certain several pairs of my panties were also missing. Doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to know that they were stolen from the dryer. A) I'm upset because those items are expensive. The bra alone was
$35. B) I'm disgusted that someone is sick enough to steal my underwear. I don't even want to think what they are doing with it. Has this happened to anyone else?

I know this has nothing to do with singles/dating, but when I posted this in more appropriate groups, I didn't get any answers. Sorry

It is a very sad aspect of indian society that indian parents want to marry off their daughters as soon as possible. It is like that they want to get rid of them. They even beat their own daughters & force them to marry.
Many a times a girl has to go through hell at her In Laws place & she gets abused by her husband & when she is sent back to her parents home, their parents curse her or force her to return to that hell.
And if she is divorced she is prepared to marry again on a promise that this time it will be the right guy as if she is an experimental guinea pig.
No matter what the whole society lays so much empahsis on marriage that it becomes compulsory to marry off their daughters.
Why do not parents realise that the one whom they r forcing is their own flesh & blood ?

My husband likes to “play” but he goes overboard. He’ll hide from me and when I look for him he’ll jump from behind something and scare me. He likes to laugh at my reaction. But the other day we were going to go out to eat and I was waiting on him to get ready. I waited 5-10 mins. and called his name. He never answered. Sure enough he was hiding and 30 mins. later he came in the room and said I was no fun. At what point do you decide “she doesn’t want to play”. When we’re at the restaurant sometimes he’ll grab my silverware or my glass and I have to get irritated in order for him to give it back. We both chase each other through the house or try to scare each other at times, but he goes way too far and doesn’t know when to stop. Also, he is a quiet person overall but sometimes he is so long-winded. It’ll take him 20 mins. to say something that should have taken 5 mins. I have gotten to the point to where I finish the sentence for him because I want him to hurry and get done.

I'm a 15 year old male, who's 5'7, and weighs 120 pounds. Up till now, I haven't had ONE girlfriend. Not even one. I have never had a first kiss, nor so much as shaken a girls hand. I have never touched a girl. (And I don't mean in a bad way). I have never touched one, at all.....Is this bad? Or is it perfectly fine.

My fiancee and I are having a hard time deciding who to ask to stand up with us. A smaller wedding party is important to us to help trim costs. He thinks we should have three each. For my side this would include my brother, my best friend and my sister-in-law all of whom I am very close with. The fuzzy area is another friend that I have had for many years. I was her maid of honor six years ago. I plan to include her daughters as flower girls. Question #1: Is this a figurative slap in the face to her?

Another friend in question that I have had for many years is not in contention for a spot on the wedding party. This will quite possibly offend her so much so that our friendship will not recover.

Question #2 Why is choosing a wedding party so difficult? I don't intend to hurt any feelings or friendships in this process. I am interested in hearing from other brides who were in similar situations and how you handled it, what was the outcome?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 5 years... he broke up with me for another girl two weeks ago... just a few days after we broke up he begged for me to get back to him but i was too hurt to reply... and days later he started dating the girl officially...

however, he keeps calling and sending me messages which i am not taking eversince we broke up... 2 days ago he asked if we could meet for the last time... but i said no...

i honestly still have a lot of questions and have a lot of things to say.... but i still have strong feelings for him... and i dont want things to get out of hand in case we talk... especially that he is officially with a girl...

what do you think could be his motive to talk to me?

what do you think? any inputs would help... please....

When we first got together, she was more aggressive and open to oral sex (both of us were). Now, things have cooled in the bedroom. I also want to try to integrate toys into our relationship but I am afraid of what she will say.

In the office I work in they usually do baby showers for any employee that is expecting. Now their is an employee that is getting married and the boss does not want to plan a bridal shower because they usually don't celebrate marriage. Most employees are upset over this claiming that marriage is as equally important as the birth of a child.

OK, so my girlfriend is constantly checking my phone - looking through my call list, picking it up when I get a call to see who it is, and I'm pretty sure she has even gone so far as to listen to a voicemail here and there (I sometimes will have messages listed as "skipped" that I've never heard before). I haven't given her any reason to do this - there are never any calls from anyone buy my parents, brother, guy friends. What should I do?????

We've both got large families that we would like to include in our wedding...about 220 people including our CLOSEST friends. We just can't imagine cutting anyone out, so please don't suggest that we make our guest list smaller...we're very close to them.

How can we do a *nice* wedding for 220 guests on $10,000.00 or less?!?! I'm stressing out here! HELP!

:)
