I have a 16 yr old friend living with me cause her parents are not suitable .. where can I get assistance for the things she needs

Make her parents pay child support or at least the courts put in a order! You could also apply for food stamps for her but be sure to say you cook prepare and store food seperatly from one another! You could also apply for medical for her but please be sure to get power of attorney from her parents!

Look for it from the 16 year old. She should get a job a couple of nights a week to help out with things. Will teach her responsibility as well.

I hope she's there legally because if she isn't you could already be in some deep trouble along with 16.

she needs to either divorce her parents or be emancipated by the courts and go to work so she can help herself.
