maybe he likes you, but i wouldnt know because this guy always waves, smiles, & never talks to me like everyday but he has a girlfriend .

Maybe you should ask him. Perhaps he thinks "every day I smile, wave and wink at this girl and she never talks to me". If you want him to do ALL the work then you may be in for a long wait - so go and talk to him.
