girls look for specific qualities in a guy (ex. i want my dream guy to be hot with a good smile ect.) then we find a guy that we "think" has those qualities. sometimes we end up going out with that guy. so about 1 day later you find out the guy doesnt have all those things you expected out of him. why? sometimes this happens to guys as well.

so how would you define kindness? like i can think of a few things: like when someone gets to know you at a personal level and you feel that they care about you, or when you ask someone for help and they don't act like they don't want to help you, and you can tell that they don't want to.

so think about people in your life and why you think they're kind, that's what i'm looking for in this question

Me and my baby daddy broke up when i was 5 months pregnant! He started dating this girl a month later! He still calls me and comes by to see she his daughter. I kept telling him how me and him should work things out for months! He always gave me hints and clues like "there is so many things that we would have to fix!" He had been trying to mess with me on the low...but i told him i was about to get married! Then when i tell him that he tells me he will leave his girlfriend if i leave my fiance! I told him to leave her first to see what he would say and he says " no because if you dont leave him i will be left high and dry by myself"! What the hell i'm so confused on what he wants! I do care because i would love to put my family back together. But i dont want to look like i need him so bad! Help! What should i do!

my parents are way too over controling of me. i know, teens tend to say this alot (i'm 15 btw), but this time i'm dead serious. here's the real shocker about my parents: they WON'T even let me have a JOB!! believe it or not, i WANT a job and they won't let me have one! the confusing part about it, is that they use that whole 'not having a job' thing against me. example: 'you can start buying your own clothes when you get a job', and i just say 'um....i want a job!' and they're just like 'just drop it.'. wtf?? but besides not letting me have a job, they won't let me date anyone 17 or older, and i HATE dating younger guys. so basically my range is 15-16. the weird part about it, they said that if i'm dating a guy and he turns 17 while we're dating i have to break up with him! that's screwed up! oh and also another stupid rule i just found out from them, i can't borrow my friend's clothes. ???. how are you going to make that a rule?

This totally stinks. I have a crush on this guy at school, but the sad part is that I don't even know him. : ( I know, weird, right? Lol, well I can't say I actually like him a lot, I guess I just like his looks. But that's not bad, right?? Well, everyone says he's really nice, and I wanna meet him SO bad, but how in the world would I do that? The mother of the bride was saying to me "Do this type of picture this way "AND that way! Turn my daughter this way! Have her here.....there....over there.....Put the lights here in her face!! So!!!! I said "Excuse me Mrs Jones.....When you go to the dentist do you tell the dentist how to do his/her work"? She said "NO"....I said "Then why are you trying to tell me how to do my job"? She hushed up and I did nice work from that point on. What's with these people? My wife said I should have kept my mouth shut. I say I should have and "WILL" say Enough! when I've had enough.

Me and my cousin are really close friends she’s almost like my sister. We are 2 1/2 years apart I'm 17 and she will be 15 soon. It seems like we are drifting from each other now that I am in college and she is a freshman in high school. She try’s to act like something she isn’t and she is so desperate for love and to have a baby. I ask her to hang out and she ditches me for her only friend and then ditches my brothers birthday party because she just wanted to stay home which she does all the time. My uncle has been depressed for 7 years making my cousin like that. She never listens to anything I talk about or my problems but then she expects me to listen to hers. I am going CRAZY with her. Recently, about a week ago, my boyfriend of a year and three months committed suicide. In his note, he said that he never had feelings for me and that he hated me sincerely, but that I wasn't the cause of his death.

I don't get it. I really don't. We had a great relationship. Like, we obviously had little spats, but besides that everything was fine. And I feel like, I was in fact the cause of his death, even though he said that I wasn't.

Before he died, we had a really romantic night, and we were real happy.

His mom won't talk to me, she hates me indefinatley because of reasons I don't know. I wasn't invited to the private funeral.

I miss him.
It was a pretty serious relationship considering that I'm only 15.

I'm really depressed.
Can you like, try to somehow figure out what he really meant? Or comfort me?

I posted this earlier, but, I posted other details at a later date, so people didn't really respond to that part.

My girlfriend and i have just started a long distance relationship as i have moved to the UK and she plans to move here shortly. I have moved here with her approval to get a better job, more money and our own place to live. I'm busy everyday doing job applications, lining up interviews and so on and at the same time, studying for higher qualifications to get a better job so she can feel more secure. At the end of the day, i'm tired and just want to relax. At night, however, when we talk, i want to have Phone Sex with her because it helps me relax and also helps me sleep because it relaxs me. I mean, thats the closest to sex i'll get until she moves over. She knows this too but somehow, i feel i have to beg for it. Am i being unreasonable that i want that connection. If it helps me relax, am i asking too much considering i'm doing everything i can so she can move over and i can give her a better life? Am i wrong????? Someone please help!!!

so we let them live in our house (their parents) and we make them pay rent. we are doing this to help them learn how to take care of themselfs. both of the boys work full time and are saving money to get their own place but just have not made it yet. they work well with the money they make and are good children and work around the house.

the question is how long should i let them stay or am i a bad mom for charging them rent and not just let them save all the money to get out on their own. but remember before u answer any child has to be feed and kept cool or warm, a roof over the head and this all cost me money if i dont make them pay rent so what u think.

I'm a sophomore in high school and I still can't seem to get along with my parents (mainly my mom). It's everyday we yell and argue and everything. However, when my dad's home we get along most of the time, but there still is some arguments and it gets pretty heated. Those I can work out, but I love my dad a lot and want to have an "awesome" relationship with him, not an average one. But about my mom, we just can't seem to get a long, and I am getting to the point of hating her, I don't want to but I do. We get in so many arguments and it's terrible. It seems like they think they are always right and whatever they say goes, they say they deserve respect but they never give me any. It's not fair at all. What am I supposed to do? I'm SCARED of them. I want a better relationship with them.
