I think you missed your true calling which is to be a comic because you indicated you are in London to study engineering.Who do you believe will agree to be a part time girlfriend if you tell them up-front.I suggest you limit yourself to ladies of the night for the intentions I feel you have; or at least redefine your objectives and goals with members of the opposite sex.

Just let her know up front that you don't really want anything too serious. And VOILA! A part-time GF. But understand that it works both ways. A part-time GF might not be there for you if you're in a crunch or if you have a problem. PTGF isn't going to invest alot of herself in someone that doesn't even want her fulltime.

Perhaps you are not explaining yourself well, but there is no such thing as a part-time girlfriend. There is casual dating however. No committment, just 2 people enjoying each others company.
