when is someone kind?

so how would you define kindness? like i can think of a few things: like when someone gets to know you at a personal level and you feel that they care about you, or when you ask someone for help and they don't act like they don't want to help you, and you can tell that they don't want to.

so think about people in your life and why you think they're kind, that's what i'm looking for in this question

actually i'm "fixing" myself, not demanding kindness from someone else.

Kindness is given, not demanded.
Maybe you are asking too much of a
casual relationship.
