Okay my husband and I are trying to save our marriage, but he is really starting to tick me off. He goes out almost every night with his single friends to bars, and leaves me at home with our 2 year old son. I do not want to sound like a nagging wife but its not fair. He gets to go out and have fun, and do god only knows what, while I am at home taking care of his son. What would you do if you were me?

I want to give my love to a guy but don't see any guys to like. I want to cover him w/a blanket when it's cold, cook for him when he's hungry and even listen to him talk about sports. Has anyone ever cried b/c their heart wants to love but no one to give it to?

I wanted something completely different but fun, so that way we don't have to cut up the cake or get so much paper plates and forks. I thought this up because we can make colorful frostings and have like 3 tiers on it. Do you think that's a great idea??

Me and my fiance are marrying in the late summer of 2008 and I'm having trouble finding an affordable ceremony/reception site. Can anyone recommend any ceremony/reception sites that are under $2000 in the Atlanta or metro-Atlanta area?

This morning my best friend's sister was hungry and was going to walk to McDonalds before school...Her mom told her to get back over to the bus stop..(I am 16 she is about 15 and is perfectly capable to walk to McDonalds). Then the mom got out of the car (it was raining so she had let them sit in the car) and when Tamika (my friends sister) wouldn't get in the car, she started hitting her hard over and over. Then my best friend, Hannah, called Tamika a baby for crying. What can I do when I am around this. It made me uncomfortable so I took out my cell and started texting to get my mind off of what was going on.

Ok, here's the deal...I started talking to this guy abt a month ago and we hit it off..everyday for the last month we stayed on the phone for hours and hours...so we both agreed that we were going to pursue something...ok, i visited him this past weekend and we slept together and now it seems he has withdrawn...he can no longer stay on the phone cos he's to "tired" and he was supposed to visit me this weekend, but he just sent me a text saying that he has to work...I guess I shd be smart enough to read b/w the lines but I just wanted to get other people's thoughts...shd i confront him on his suddenly weird behavior or should I just let it be...I must admit that it really hurts b/cos this is the first time in 4 years that i have genuinely liked someone and opened up again...I feel like crap and a bit stupid....

she doesn't approve cos it contains the word catholic. my fiancee is anglo catholic and thats what the church is. we are trying to convince her the church is a c of e church but she says it has to be a protestant c of e church. my fiancee says protestant is not c of e but mum refuses to believe him. its stressing me out cos i'm caught in the middle. im happy to get married at my fiancees church cos religion-wise i'm actually pagan which mum also won't except. we don't want to have a registry office wedding or arrange a hotel one. im at a total loss on what to do i don't want the stress right now cos i'm expecting a baby soon. is there any way i can convince mum to except thats the church me and my fiancee have chosen and she has to except it without turning it into a family fallout?

I'm a twenty year old woman. Sometimes i feel like screaming. My mum seems to think that she can fone whenever she wants and i'll be in, that i'll help with anything. She expects me to come to her house when ever she wants and me to drop everyone else if i had other arrangements. She takes me on MASSIVE guilt trips if i dont go to hers or help out with complicated things that i dont even understand . She only listens to her point of view and not mine .. for example: i like a drink once a month or so and if she finds out she goes mental saying i drink too much. theres a whole lot of stuff.. but it wears me down.. how do i get her to understand i am a person with a life that wont be there all the time to bow down to her and do whatever she needs done. Basically I'm fed up getting told whats right and wrong in her view when i have my own ideas of what i want to do and other things to do apart from running about after her.

we seem to be in love with each other. we both play an online game and met through that. we started saying "i love you" after a month or so. we talk everyday, we webcam and we seem to be very compatible.

he is single, he was seeing a girl this summer but that girl dumped him cause he told her about "us." the girl didn't want to wait around for him to chose which girl he liked better.

anyway, i'm 24 and he is 28. i am suppose to fly out tomorrow for six days. he still lives w/ his mother and i've spoken to his mother.

also, i don't think he'll go back to that other girl after he meets me eventhough that other girl was his first.

Whenever I tell my 6 year old not to do something my mother overrides me. She makes me really beg her if I need a babysitter so I try not to ask unless absolutely necessary. My Son isn't eating in school and she has told him to throw his food away and pretend he's eating. When she does babysit she feeds him on crisps and sweets and nothing else. I have told my Son that he is not allowed outside to play unless he eats some of his lunch in school and she says that I am wrong to do this. Has she crossed the line this time?

He have the nerve to tell me oh when I come back we can do something then. Its not emergency where he really have to go. So what do you all think about this?

if you were to have a girlfriend/boyfriend (depends on what gender you like), and that person would never have sex with you, would you break up with that person no matter how great the relationship is? like you have fallen head over heels over that person and that person would never have sex ever. That person does foreplay and kissing and stuff like that but NOT sex.

i have been with my husband for 7 years and married for almost 3. During the course of our relationships we've had some pretty bad arguments. Some which escalated to physical fighting. My son was born premature a month and a half due to one of these confrontations which happened because he was drunk and it was a complete misunderstanding.

Well today is my birthday, and i didn't know he was joking with me about pretending that he forgot my b-day and I got upset. Because in the 7 years we've been together he's only done something for my bday twice (one was he cooked breakfast for me and the other was a card.) In any case we fought today. He took me and threw me around the room, he broke my glass jewlry box and a few other things and i shouted leave me alone, i want a divorce and made matters obviously worse. I know it was my fault that this happened I shouldn't have gotten upset. But I don't know if i should stay with him any longer, what if any are my options?

and I am not harrasing her everyday, as she is even back to calling me sometimes to see how i am doing. Question... There is this guy she knows from 4 years ago and just reunited with in college class. My friend saw them at the store with some other people and told me. I confronted her very little just to ask who he was. She said he was a friend and I believe her, as she does have some guy friends and not a slut. So, I asked her, is that all, she said " he said that he liked me" and " I told him that we were together" ( this 2 weeks ago when we were still together) I know I am suppose to back off and give her space, but I just have to know a few more things about it. She says she misses me and I wont pursue it unless I ask her:: So the guy, whats his name? you didnt say if you liked him at all? does he know that you just want to be friends and dont like him any other way? How often do you talk to him? Can I ask these questions to see if she gets offended?

I don't talk about it to anyone, I know they don't want to hear about it. Not even my husband. I am raising my beautiful 19 year old severly handicapped daughter. It breaks my heart everyday I see normal children, teenage girls laughing. I have missed everything with her. She will never marry, she will never have a first kiss, no grandchildren for me. But still in front of everyone I pretend to be so strong and brave, when I really want to roll up in a ball and die than watch her struggle another day. When people ask me how is your daughter, I only answer oh same ole same ole. Well please tell me what you think about this. My husband her step-father said to me ,,,,because I wanted to tell him how much it hurts to watch her struggle , he said to me and I quote "WHEN ARE YOU EVER GOING TO GET OVER IT " I am still in shock that any human could say that to a mother of a handicapped child. I will never get over it,I will only learn to live with it. Am i being to senitive.

I asked her on Tuesday to have her things out by Friday because Saturday I am calling a charity to come pick these things up. BY LAW DO I HAVE TO HOLD ON TO HER THINGS LONGER OR BE LIABLE FOR WHAT HAPPENS TO THEM? She tells me I can not get rid of this things because I will be liable for them and she and her boyfriend will sue me. Why am I doing this because she tried to committ suicide and has been abusing my grandson and has been beaten up. All caused by a low life who is married and has been caught as a peeping tom pervert who does not have a job and is using her name, credit to get things. She swears she's in love with him and can not stay away from him. She needs professional help and I am trying to force her into counseling.

If a woman was married to a man who drank and gambled, she was sick of it so started an affair with another man, left her husband. Two years later he is clean and stopped gambling. They have two kids, 21/2 and 5.

Her friends are telling her that she was wrong to have an affair and that he never gambled or drank away the money and they never were behind on bills, still had lots of savings and a 401(k) and he makes a lot of money and he was never falling down drunk or had a dui so it was just her being judgmental anyway.

I don't know that I agree with this. What do you think?

Hello,

Here's the skinny of the situation:

Our brief history:
My wife and I have been together since high school. We went to college together and then got married a couple years after living together first.

They say opposites attract each other and if so we prove this rule. I'm from the projects and she is from the suberbs. I'm a very firery personality she is much different.

For the last 2 months we have had issues every single week.

Each issue regardless of the details of the occurance inevitably end up highlighting the differences in our personalities instead of who was right or wrong.

In other words once something happens and we take a look at why it happened in terms of preventing it from happening again we find ourselves discovering that it probably can't be prevented because of who we both are.

To describe the bad part of my personality you could say "jerk"
for her she is a "b" when she is in her negative vibe.

How can a jerk and a b get along?
