Me and my fiance are marrying in the late summer of 2008 and I'm having trouble finding an affordable ceremony/reception site. Can anyone recommend any ceremony/reception sites that are under $2000 in the Atlanta or metro-Atlanta area?

Also, how many people do you plan to have at the wedding? And are you looking for the reception site to have food too? Or just the site itself with an outside caterer?

FYI - Friday or Sundays are cheaper than Saturdays. Afternoons are cheaper than evenings (Saturdays).

i had a friend who was married at a estate with a huge white house with a garden in the back... botanical. with streams, a huge lake, statues and tons of trees and flowers.
man i wish i could remember the name of the place.
it's in atlanta. but i don't remember where!! it was 13 years ago.
sorry i'm not much help
try to contact the chamber of commerce... maybe they can steer you the right way
