ok heres the deal. I went out with my ex-boyfriend for 9 months and have never felt so close to anyone in my whole life. we had a connection and like all the same things. our biggest year at school was coming up and because we live in different towns we decided to break it up because it would be to hard 2 juggle everything. we have spoken everyday though until 2 days ago. i met up with him this summer and he said he was seeing a girl at his school. he kissed me and told me he loved me and when we got the train home before taking different buses to our respective towns we cried together. now i have jus found out that him and this other girl are official. it broke my heart so a got rid of everything that reminds me of him. what are your thoughts on the situation. dyu think he has been bullshittin me?

My cousin's friend's mother died of AIDs earlier this year and it was in her wishes that my aunt should adopt and take care of her daughter. My aunt gladly accepted. Well, my cousin was an only child for the majority of her 16 years of life... Well, now she has a little sister that is around 12. Anywho, my cousin talked to her mother this week and they are thinking about giving up the adoption and putting the girl in foster care... All because my cousin is a selfish *****. The girl hasn't done anything. She doesn't steal and she's really sweet. But my cousin is cruel and is too busy having sex around the house and bad mouthing her mother to give a damn about anyone. My mom feels bad and is thinking about adopting the girl. We live in CA and they live in FL.

Why are people so selfish?

when he gets home from work, he takes off his belt and shirt in front of his 2 daughters and wife, but not direclty in front of them to block the tv, but to the side.
Also at night, i have walked into his room and have seen him in his tidy-widy underwear all spread out. He enjoys walking around the house like this also. is this normal??

So i was friends with this guy for about 2 years. We've recently began dating(about 2 months ago). We've both really enjoyed spending time together. We have very similar backgrounds as far as our family goes. This has brought us even closer together. He has told me that most of his past relationships have ended badly, and have ended because of the other person and not him. So tonight he said that he thinks that we are moving too fast. I completely trust his word, like I said before I've known him for awile and he is very sincere. He says that things are almost too good with us. Like I said we've been having a great time together. I just don't understand. Is he just scared. He says that he does not want to stop seeing me. He wants to continue to see me, but just a little slower. Is he scared or what?

The reason being we fight. Constantly. And we have been for the past 3 months. We just seem to bring out the worst in each other. There's no question of love.. maybe the question of being "in" love, but certainly not caring for him.. it just feels like a lot of the passion has died.. he makes me feel stupid a lot of the time, and he doesn't trust me, so he ends up suffacting me.. I've never done anything to make him not trust me, and he's still paranoid.. I want out. But I don't want anyone to get hurt. I'm really close with his family and his friends.. so my question is, how do I get out of this relationship without hurting him or anyone else?

You and a girl exchange numbers on some Friday, on the following Tuesday, she texts you and you text her asking her to call you sometime so the two of you can hang out. If she called you two weeks later would that be weird?

He's unemployed, has 2 sons that he does not support & wants one of his sons to stay over the house every weekend. We have no warning that this is going to happen, it is a spur of the moment thing. Ok, this girl, ever since we started goin out..she's always called me every night after she got off work and even sometimes after school. I'm 20 years old and turning 21 this week. Well, i have a couple of good friends that are pretty close to me that we go to the same college. I really dont have that many friends that i hang out with besides them but i have a lot of acquaintances but don't really talk to them. Anyways, this weekend i want to go to the casino and play some poker.

I asked my 2 buddies to go and right now we are seniors/5th year seniors in college. My buddy and I both have 2.8-2.9 GPA's so we are not doing that good. My buddy sort of agreed with me and said sure we can go this weekend since its your birthday. But today i talked to him and he said no. He told me to stop thinking about that and focus on school. I told him dude its just one day.

He say he will go but in December after the semester is over. Basically celebrating my 21st bday 3.5 months later if you will.
So should i get mad at my friend for this? I mean we dont have any exams or big assignments due since we just started semester.

Any kind of relationships - lovers or friends, if you go through REALLY bad, hard, and challenging times (to the point where you don't know what's going to happen) and OVERCOME it, do you value the relationship more? do you feel closer to the person and feel that your relationship has grown more?

I am just wondering why a lot of guys seem to be attracted to girls that treat them good most of the time but can be very mean to them if she gets upset. My guy friend in his late 20s dated a girl for two months. She was his first real lay, seriously. Anyway, she was pretty damn mean the last break up. He went back two times before but hasn't contacted her since this last time which has been nearly a month.
Here is what I worry about with him. He is going to meet this girl that lives a million miles away. He adores her, so he says he even loves her and she loves him. However, they have never met.
I'm just worried that he'll run back to this other girl that he said he has "amazing" (his words) sex with all summer if the girl from online doesn't work out.
The girl from summer told him he was a loser and a user. He can't possibly still have feelings for her can he? I mean he even wrote some nasty thing about her on his myspace.
Will guys run back for good sex?

Her biological mother died when she was 5 or 6 years old. I married her father 3 years ago, and since then she lives with us, at first she followed the rules I've set, but lately, she's being hard headed. Sometimes it causes quarrel between me and my husband. By the way, she's 11 now.

we've been together for almost 3 years (will be 3 in Feb). I'm 28, divorced with 3 girls part-time. he's 29-never been married. he comes from large and very close family (6 siblings)

we've had our ups and downs due to me having PMDD that was just diagnosed 3 months ago and is now under control. keep in mind that he's had to adjust to dealing w/my issues along with getting to know my 3 girls (who he loves very much and even watches the 2 older ones for me when i pick up my youngest from school).

we've talked marriage before and the past 8 months he's hinted about a proposal so i know his heart is in the right place. we've discussed me and the kids moving in after xmas of this year.

we talk everyday and he sees the kids at least 1-2 times per week. i'm close w/his whole family and babysit his neices often (they go to same school as my 2 older kids).

i have a key to his house and we tell each other everything.

am i waiting too long or should i be patient?
