My husband and I have been together for almost twelve years now. He has always known that I want a family, but constantly puts it off. I have had several health problems making it impossible for me to just end up pregnant. I know that i will need to be on medicine and he needs to be supportive. His reason for waiting is always the same...money. We have a comfortable life and unless we win the lottery its not going to get any better. What should I do? I need his support but this is very important to me and he has always known this

My ex still claims to want to remain friends with me, so I try by staying in touch. Nothing about the relationship is ever brought up. Will I be able to become friends with her the way we were before? I mean, we talked about our relationships and talked for hours about all kinds of things. I would be comfortable with her confiding in me again about her life if she would allow me to do the same. But for some reason there is a wall where we can't open up like we did b4, especially the part of who we are with or starting to become interested in. Is that really a friendship if you can't open up and confide in one another again? I am curious what everyone else thinks!

My friend w/benefits lives with me. First we were friends then with benefits. Now I've fallen in love with her. She knows this but I've also told her that I accept that she does not want more than the benefits. I treat her like a girlfriend, buying gifts and taking her places which she seems to accept even though she does nothing special for me which I accept. I know this is unhealthy for me. The problem is if I try to back off and just be a friend, she gets upset. It's like she wants me to love her and treat her like a girlfriend but does not want to do anything in return. Other times she says I'm all over her and to back off. Seems like she wants me as a boyfriend sometimes and other times wants me to leave her alone. I feel trapped. Everytime I try to back off she gets upset at that too. Am I missing something or is this girl mental. We still have sex a couple of times a week. I can't seem to figure this out and she doesn't talk to me about her feelings.

I've been single for a very long time because I've just never met anyone I could relate to or that would fit into my life.
Two weeks ago I got together with someone I know through my brother, we didn't tell anyone as I wasn't sure what would happen (fun or relationship) and I knew there was something he needed to tell me, which I was okay with.
Anyway we both feel really really strongly for each other and he said that before he falls completely for me that he though I should know that there are people in his life - yip you guest it, he has 3 kids and a baby on the way with his ex who is about 4 months pregnant which are by at least 3 different women. Hes been nothing but sweet to me, got a great job and we get on amasingly well, so much the two weeks have felt like a decade - just one of those real sparks. I was basically heart broken when he told me.
I want my own kids and future, I'm 26 and hes 25. My heads telling me to get out but my hearts saying no. What do I do?

i fell in love with a man that i worked with but b/c of personal reasons we could not be together and well we kept seeing one another for about a year then we stopped then we began again till april of this year, i truely love him and i miss him like crazy and i know he feels this way towards me but because of the obsticles we can't be together, we have not seen each other for 4 months now,i know that he still cares for me and i know that i still love him. i was doing good for a whle but then i just started thinking about him, i keep having these dreams that he just keeps popping in and b/c of that it makes me miss him more, i have recently started losing my appetite i don't eat as much as i did, i will eat only like twice a day but not major meals,i haven't lost any weight though since this just started recently, i find myself crying for him at times and well i have these really bad headaches almost everyday at first i thought i was getting a cold, but nothing could this be depression?

I was reading the Metro (Free newspaper distributed on the London underground) and I discovered the term 'Mr Boomerang'. This is guy you seem to always be breaking up with but for some reason you get back together with him and realise the very reason broke up with the 3 times before!! LoL

I have my very own Mr Boomerang and I wanted know other people's stories so I don't feel so pathetic because I seem be fallin back into his trap! And if anyone has gotten over their Mr Boomerang I would love to hear about that aswell!! :D

im in a relationship with a man who has another family before me. He's no longer marry to her. They live in two different country but he pays for everything over there rent bills food expense and extra spending money, but that's not enough for her. ok here is the short story...my bf went out with his usual guy friends for there usual monday night outing. the guys he hangs out with are good guys and they usually hang out at the local dive after work till about 11 at night. i spoke to my bf at about 10:30 and he said he was heading home soon. i woke up at 3 am and he wasn't home i called his cell no answer. i was awake all night worried about him.. i got up as usual to go to work and when i left at 8 he still wasn't home ! i came home for lunch he was there sleeping. and he missed a day of work and we are on a tight budget and can't afford that. so i have not spoke to him since monday night and he thinks i am over reacting i think he was very imature not to call to tell me he was ok. and we live togather .. would you be upset or am i over reacting? oh ya he has done this in the past and i have told him how upset it makes me.

i have been seeing this man 2 1/2 months and currently 2 months preg.He got me preg 1st night, told me he pulled out, later said he really didnt.he asked me to marry him right off also, we did not do.in this relationship he is disrespectful.calls me names when mad like stupid, b***h, dumb, has horrible temper.tells me he doesnt know if he still wants to be with me then screams at me when i tell him to walk away then.he always tells me he loves me and wont be so mean anymore yet he stays mean.he tells me i complain to much when i am sick from being preg and he doesn't care to know about my day or anything.he doesnt have a car (me and him have well paying jobs) and doesn't give me anything, not even for my birthday.he's never hit me out of anger, just slapped me once because i told him i am stronger than him and he wanted to prove himself.am i being paranoid?

My girl has been pressuring for a commitment (engagement) and I have finally decided she deserves one. Problem is I dont have money for decent ring yet and may not have it soon. Meanwhile she thinks I am using her and do not want to commit. So, what is better -

1. keep delaying whilst I save for a ring and she's frustrated or
2. Buy a not so good ring that I will replace later?
3. Engage the traditional african way with no ring (I'm in Africa). This way is regarded as backward by most people and I know women love diamonds

Please be honest. I won't be offended, cuz I've seen it all. As a lesbian when I get hit on by guys I'm usually between 3-4 depending on how cheesy they are, if I'm being honest. But they are respectful I'm certainly at 4 unless I'm having a bad day. I've been at 5 too on the rare occasion, but it never worked out.

I have a friend that I just found out is dating a married man. She at first lead me to believe that this man was getting a divorce. This is a man that she had an affair with years ago, the affair ended, and now the affair is back on. I recently found out that this man is not in the process of getting a divorce. My friend doesn't see anything wrong with having a relationship with him because she's in love and he is in an unhappy marriage. I am married, so I know how marriage is. Marriage is a job, some days you feel like working at it other days you don't but the commitment is always there. My parents marriage ended due to my father having an affair. The man that she is seeing also has children. My friend is upset becasue she feels that she's not getting the support needed from her friends. I am leaning toward ending my friendship with her. She says that he is going to get a divorce I can't understand why she can't wait for this to happen before she continues the relationship.

My sister-in-law wants to stay with me and my husband for a few days with her two kids (6 months and almost 2) about 10 days after our first baby is due. The real reason is she needs to work using our Internet connection. I don't want to be rude, but this is our first baby, things are going to be chaotic as it is, and if she has to work it will be hard for her to keep an eye on the little ones. everything... from the bills. to our kid having recurring tonsilitis....to not having sex... {i want to ,, he does not}}.... the arguements..
he says it is that he is stressed about the money and bills.. then turns around and blames it all on me...
i have tried talking to him about everything, from money to sex. and kids, and everything else... we are getting nowhere fast....

I have been trying to get the courage to leave my abusive husband for months now but i am so scared of the unknown starting a new life on my own away from my family and everything i know also i am worried about finances as i have no money as im not allowed to work or have money of my own. Also i have a 3 year old daughter and it means me settling her into a new nursery and im 12 weeks pregnant and im scared of going through my pregnancy alone or if something serious goes wrong with me or baby when i have my daughter to look after. the situation im in my head is so muddled i need to get out as situation is getting worse i dont know where to start and what to do about the pregnancy. Ok, so, when I started driving, I was SOOO excited and my dad got me a car that was "supposed" to be temporary. Then, about two years later, my sister got her license and it was time for her to drive a car. But she's scared to drive anywhere other than down the street to her school and she hates driving. My dad is going to get her a car but I think my dad should just give her my "temporary" car and I should get the new car. I'm older, I like driving, and my car was supposed to be temporary. She hates driving and I'll be driving the most so WHY would she get the new car? Does anyone think this is fair???
