I have a lot of toy cars from China, and I had them for a while. And I was thinking sense the recent recall should I toss those out? Or what?

Don't yard sale....they are being recalled for a reason! Don't give them to an unsuspecting mother (or father) thinking she found a great deal on a cool toy! Go to the website and see what they suggest. You may get a refund if you send them back. If not, throw them away.

No you should not toss them ! You payed for them take them back to where you purchased them they should let you exchange them or give you, your money back. Are you sure that your cars are even the ones that have been recalled? go to toy cars recalled and look for the brand name that may help too.

I dont think you need to toss it. I suggest you check if your toys are included in the recall, if yes suggest you store it in a safe place and contact the company for proper handling it. If not, then no worry. You may want to keep it or donate it to less fortunate children who are not in a position to own one.

If you're not eating them or playing with them then just pack them up in a box, or sell them on. I think it was only a certain few models that were dodgy, best to check coz you could be throwing out loads of things that are worth a bob or two.

Now that would depend on if you like chewing on them!
Seriously, you probably don't have to toss them, you just may not want to pass them on to young children who might chew on them. China makes nearly 80% of the toys that come into the U.S. and we not dropping dead yet from them!

Do you still play with them or where you saving them for your own children? We have many, many old hotwheels from friends and family and cast-off from my brother.. We haven't had a problem and both my children have been tested for lead.. So, I don't see it being a problem... Just store them in a safe place and dont' put them in your mouth....good luck

If enough are thrown out, those that survive may one day become collector items (and worth a few bucks.)
I'd box them up and put them in storage. You never know.

I say keep them, what are you gonna do go out and buy more.......just what Mattel wants, increasing sales. the cars you have will probably have little or no effect on the outcome of your entire life unless you swallow it whole.
