What do you want to do about it is the question.

Ask yourself why did I gain so much?
What are you eating?
It's time to take charge of your health and watch what you eat.

We live in a society now that health has become the most important issue of all time. Even fast foods are offering low or no chloestrol foods.

The reason behind that is America is getting on a health kick and more amd more people are starting to watch what they eat and ignore things that are not good for them.
I love Icecream, but haven't had any in three months.

I love Mcodnalds, but haven;t eaten there since last year.

I BBQ most of my food now and stay away from sweets.

Eat what is good your body and you will lose weight feel better and sleep better and not snore.

You are in a transition period and it will pass in time.

Take this opportunity to get to know yourself a little bit more and do the right thing for you and your gonna be well off.

Well you could post this in the proper section not marraiage and divorce. But you need to figure out what has triggered your over eating and under exercising in the first place. Then you need to just eat three meals and two snacks a day spread them out but try not to eat last meal after 6pm. Join a gym there are so many around with so many end of the summer deals right now. If you can afford it get a personal trainer or just go and walk on the tread miss and do the stepper and work up in minutes. Also do light weights and alternate working out your upper one day lower the next with weights. You know whats a good book. Body for Life by Bill Phillips hes got a couple books out. Good luck

The snoring is probably one of many indications that your health is in jeopardy. Many people think that improving their health means some stringent changes in their daily routine. This is not necessarily true. Fifteen minutes a day can make a difference. The key is to be consistant. Don't expect miracles and don't give up! If something doesn't work for you change it.

The obvious answer is, lose weight. But the prevention of snoring alone is not motivation enough for most people to put forth the effort. Admit that you NEED and WANT to lose weight! OK, Why? What is your motivation for losing weight? The truth is, IF you lose the weight, and get "hot" again, many doors will open for you. You will get more job offers, better promotions, and the admiration and even lust of the people around you. To top it off, research shows that sex is better for someone who is physically fit.

The latest estimate says that 64% of the American population is obiese. That means 20 lbs over weight! Think how much happier Americans would be if these individuals would just show self-restraint and have the self-siscipline to get into shape.

ANYONE can have a hot body!! You just have to WANT it! And to want it, you have to have the right motivation.

What is mY motivation? The hotter that I look, the hotter women I get as playmates!

Lose weight. Sleep with your head elevated. Get some of those breathing strips that go across your nose like football players sometimes wear. Sleep with a pillow always. Get a humidifier for your room. Sleep on your side, not your back. Take a decongestant before bedtime. Sleep in a different room so your spouse can get a good night's rest.

I sugest you try to keep a healthier diet. DON'T STOP EATING! Just eat normally but don't eat between meals AT ALL!!!! Eat breakfast, lunch, 3:00 snack, and dinner. TRY to cut the desert (i know it's hard, i had to do the same thing) and don't eat too much sugar, fat and greasy food. For breakfast eat a HEALTHY cereal, luch you can eat a small sandwich, snack you have a fruit, and dinner you have regular food (drop the rice completely, IT HELPS LOOSE WIEGHT ALOT) and a salad.
You have to exercise too!!!!! Go take a walk everyday. try to lengthing it a bit every day.
Fallow this and you will loose wieght soon! take it from me!

Daily running or at least speed footing for an hour or so (early morning better than evening). You'll see about 75% improvment in the current week.
