I live in georgia,I pay my ex-wife about 5k per year in child support.Over the past 14 year i have missed only a few times.SHE SAYS ITS ABOUT 3K.Thats fine, but she says she is going to have me jailed.I have been paying a little extra,only about 100 a month.can she do that.

My fiance's ex-wife & soon to be husband will not let his daughter speak about him nor anyone in his family at their home. The daughter is very close to her grandparents & it hurts her not to get to talk about them. Also the mom nor her fellow will talk to my fiance at all. The daughter has expressed a get deal ao dilike for the new beau. We only have a 45min window to call her a day. We used to get to have the daughter's little brother and sister on some weekends and also could get the daughter any time. We have gotten the sibs for 5 years. now we can not have any contact with the sibs and can only have the daughter on the 1st & 3rd weekends. She is going strictly by the divorce papers, that she has never gone by before. The mom has changed a lot since she got w/ this guy her 4 marriage. She's 27 & he's 19 and he seems to be running the show, but when I try to step in and say something she keeps Baylee away from us. My fiance pays his child support. can we do anything?

ive recently moved back to my home town and ive lived in 2 diff apt with in 2 years of being back. my first apt had a slew of problems inc. but not limited to being robbed(stuff in my car and house) being watched on a 24/7 basis haveing the tires on my car slashed a hole drilled in to my cars transmission and haveing a pet stolen and killed! my new apt im am starting to have the same problems ive had to buy over $200 in tires since i moved in and i havnt even been here for a year the landlord doesnt seem to care much and nethier do the police.ive had one person,a niehbor sucessfully break in while my wife and i were asleep (wich i got sent to jail for since self defence is no longer legal) im starting to get extreamly angry every time they pull any little stunt (im not typicly an angry person and i only resort to violence to protect me and my own) moveing is not an option since there are not many availble apt's where i live.i really need a good legal way of getting these ppl of my back

I was at the pool today playing around with some friends and this new girl we just met. We were swimming around playing basketball in the pool and were being very physical with each other. The new girl went to grab me to pull me out of the way and kinda grabbed a little low and got a good hold of my manhood. She didn't let go right away and looked at me with a little smile and kinda giggled.

Did she do this intentionally? Did she enjoy it?(I did) Should i have maybe "accidentally" touched her back? Might this be a sign that she is into me?

This is going to sound really strange, but here goes...
Every night his wife wants him to fall asleep "inside of her".
And I don't mean after they've had love. She wants him to put it in and fall asleep. Then she gets mad because he wants love. She thinks he's being selfish, but I think he's just being a guy. I just don't know how she could expect him to get excited, insert and go to sleep. Is this crazy or what?

My ex-husband wants me to come and stay in his house with our 15 year old daughter until she finishes high school or for about 2 1/2 years. He has sole physical and legal custody of her. He has moved away due to job reasons and left her in his mother's care.

I live in another state. It will be hard for me to pick up and move. I will have to ship or sell my belongings, car and car and find a job in the state where she lives.

He keeps telling me that I am not able to think beyond myself and have only learned to think of myself.

I think that my daughter should start afresh in a new school/ town and then she may do better in high school. I am willing to have her come and live with me. He is not in agreement with that.

If I live in his house, he does not have to sell it. I will probably have to pay him rent and he gets to keep his job. He is stressed out now and having difficulties on the job.

Am I too selfish and only thinking of myself?

Okay Im with a man who has a child from his previous marriage. They have been divorced for about 10 years now and had a very ugly divorce. Since my relationship with him all i have ever heard was how much the two hate each other. They have began talking to each other about issue that do not involve there 14 yr old child which I found strange but didnt say anything. Now usually she would pick her daughter up and take her to her own home for a visit but for some reason she has made plans to come to our home and visit her child today. She even went as far as to call her ex and ask him what he wanted for dinner that she would get dinner. I find this soooo werid and I told my fiancee I think this is very ackward and want no part in it. If she wants to visit with her child she should take her like she always has to her own home. I made a comment that I guess I should invite my ex husband to dinner to and he got upset with me. Am I over reacting or is this strange.

The the new age of instent messageing and profiles and everyone "dateing" on line why is everyone so nagative about long distence relationships not working out. I have one that is tough I must admit, but its working so far. i guess you really have to keep the expections low and be real about what goes on when you are not on line talking . And say you have been talking for almost a year, is it ok to meet them someplace not so public? for the first time. Cause everyone says to meet in a plubic place. What am it to do, if i let them out my mom gets pissed and says i need to grow up, but she get mad if i keep them in and says let them out. what am i to do i've alawys kept them in because i don't know what else to do. i cant stop her she was just using me to get to him because he lives next door to me, the reason her mum lets her go out with him is because she is dating a drug addict and an abusive person. i am really scared i have called the police but they havnt got back to me and its been 3 hours since i rang them. Because I had sex for the first time on Saturday with my boyfriend of 5 months, and I agreed to let him tie me up, but it hurt and I told him to stop and he didn't, he left me like that for an hour, even though I was screaming and crying.


Should I even try reporting him, I mean it looks pretty bad, because I said ok to sex and I let him tie me up, but I did keep saying STOP.

-He has never hurt me in any way before so I am still shocked about what he did

i have been told by all my girlfriends i'm no good in the bedroom and my size in not big enough...and this has now knock my confidence right down...

Now i'm have sort of meet a girl who i really like to bits..but all i think of now is if or when that time comes she will do the same and leave me..

all the girls that have said that to me..are the shy type so i found it hard to take and now i get very scared when that part of the realationship comes...
