My parents are great people, they buy my food, let me stay here for free, and pay for the gas when I drive places (no, don't have my own car) but they drive me crazy because they are a lot more religious than I am. I'm 19 - should I move out?

I just wanted to elaborate on my other question. My wife got pregnant after she decided to stop taking her pills without my knowledge. I wasn’t too happy about that but that’s the way it goes. Have to be happy now. However my wife says to me “I haven’t been taking care of myself. I’ve been drinking, smoking, and I’m on anti depressants. Plus I can’t have a baby when this one is due. I’ll lose my job and we can’t afford it if I don’t work. I’ve made my decision that I want an abortion. If I had one with you I want it to be at the right time and this can’t be it. I’m scared that this baby will have problems because of my not taking care of myself. Listen to this though, she then said “why don’t you get a vascectomy so this doesn’t happen again and if we want another one it has to be at the right time and you can get a reversal”. Something isn’t sitting right. I can’t have another one if I get a vascectomy. Reversals are not that affective and she knows that. There is something going on with a woman that so much wanted to have another child and now is very scared to do so. What is it? Ladies help me read between the lines. I need some advice from the women. I think I know the answer but I want your opinion.

My bridal shower was this past weekend and a friend of mine who i have known FOREVER was invited of course. She and I were talking (she hadn't RSVP'd yet) and I was like so am i going see you on sat? And she told me that she was going to be gone all week on business and then had to come home and pack again and leave again on monday and that she wasnt going to be able to come. She also listed all these things she was going to miss b/c she was traveling for work. (she lives in ohio i live in indy) But then last night i was on facebook and saw that she was in Bloomington at a graduation party for another friend. Do I have the right to be a little upset? Not about her not coming to my shower but about her lieing to me about not being able to come? What should i do?

I'm 18 yrs old turning 19 in August. I've been Engaged for a while. I've decided to leave my house and move in with my Fiance. We have already found an apartment where we're going to live together. My family has always told me that if I do something and my Father has an heart attack it's only going to be my fault!! My mother tells me that if I leave my father will suffer and will die!! The only thing that I want is to live my life and be happy! Why I am feeling like I'm doing something horrible! Now I'm scared of leaving because of what My parents, my family are going to say. But it's my life I should be able to do what I want! The sad thing is that my parents and family won't be at my wedding only my closes friends. It hurts so much. I love my fiance and he makes me sooo happy! He treats me soooo goood with respect all the time! Should I let this guilt take over my plans! This gulit that my Mother has planted inside of me!!!

My Sister and my Mom are both very upset with my husband. This last Saturday we shared a birthday party for my sisters stepchild 4 and my son who just turned 2. They have a pool, so it was a pool party. (my son can't swim, he also gets terrified with others in the pool) They had a pinata and a bounce house. Well, my son loved the bounce house. Earlier in the day, my sister offered to watch our son so we could eat. During that time my son was left alone w out telling us as another adult let him out back to where the pool was with no one outside. husband looked up at that time and made it to our son before any problems. my husband told me in front of my mom that my sister would never watch our son again. He was a little bitter and moody the rest of the party. My Mom told me she would talk to my husband later about his behavior. Later that night my sister calls upset about comments. I told both of them to talk it over themselves I am 8 months preg. do not need stress. What to do

I am Lutheran and my fiance is catholic. I am not very religious and I think his family would be crushed if we didn't marry in a catholic church. I plan raising my children catholic but I don't really have the time to convert before the wedding. Has anyone been through this or can give me information on how to go about this. What should I say upon meeting the priest. What happens if he rejects me....should I e-mail the church fisrt to see if they do interfaith weddings...

She started off the conversation by saying that he's not there for me...he wouldn't be away cat/house sitting if he was really "there" for me. When we talked a little bit about the wedding, her words were "If you are determined to go through with this..." She ended up crying - and me in shock, as I didn't know she felt this way. She is an extremely intelligent woman, and I value her opinion. I love my fiance...but am now wondering if I'm about to make a huge mistake. Is true love really all about the other person worshiping the ground you walk on? I don't mind that he cat/house sits, I only mind that he says yes to doing it - then forgets he's agreed to it, and then forgets to tell me. We don't have have children, and both enjoy having alone time - so it doesn't seem that serious to me. Does my mom see something that I just can't?

My husband and I have been married about a year and a half. We have been separated for 6 months now. I currently live in a different state than him. We own nothing jointly nor do we have children. I want to file for divorce. How do I go about doing that? Do I need a lawyer even-though we have nothing to fight over? Also, do not wish to recieve spouse support. Please help direct me in the right direction. Also, I was wondering if the "apply for divorce online" are legit?!? Please help. Thanks in advance. :-)

My mother in law wants to order a picture from a family wedding where my husband stood up and I did not. The picture is of him and his bridal party date alone. She said she wants to order it because she likes the bridesmaid dresses. My mother in law does not like me and has expressed this opinion to other family members. Is this appropriate and should I say anything to my husband or just leave it alone?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for a year now. For the most part, we haven't really fought as much as some people do. But, we have had our ups and downs. He's expressed over and over to me that he really does love me and he wants to spend the rest of his life with me. I actually felt the same way until he went to a club with a girl that he had just met and after that, he slept with her. When he told me that he had done that, I felt like fainting. Now, I keep going back and forth in my head... "should I break up with him" or should I just stay with him?" Either way I go is going to be hard because he destroyed me when he made his confession. Also because I know how much I love him, I'd feel lost without him and knowing me, I'd probably take him back. I'm confused... please help me.
