against me if you were going on a date with me? I ask that because when a women has an affair and leaves her husband there was something missing in the marriage. I've figured out what it was and I want to get back in a long term relationship. After 15 years I spent more time being a father than a romantic husband and my ex needed alot of love. Would that matter to you if you where seeing me?

I'm getting married soon. Evrything's going great. I'm planning to get a bigger house. Only prob is...I don't like the idea of my parents staying in a different house by themselves. I want to take care of them and keep them in my "line-of-sight". They are in their sixties. I don't know how to tell my girlfriend that. I suppose evry girl wants to set up a family in their own house without in-laws. My girlfriend's parents have passed away.

okay in a few of my classes girls seem to be staring at me when im doing skoolwork in class when they are finished or arent doing anything and i when i look at them they instantly look away or turn there head back to the face of the class. does this mean they like me or what, i mean they seem to b.c they talk to me and are friendly. how do i find out? without asking them (im a huge pussy, and ill admit it) and im not a homo either lol. plz help!

I am in love with a platonic friend and he knows it. We hang out even if he is seeing someone else. lately, i think he has been single again by the flirting and asking of questions about my dating life. thing is, i want to ask him out again. he may or may not be seeing someone else, but pretty sure he is single again. anyway, if i ask him out and he is seeing someone or says no, i think i want to end the friendship totally because it hurts not being with him. is it wrong and selfish for me to do this?

my aunt who's now 49 has a 12 yr old with her new husband of 13 yrs. While being pregnant they got into a really big argument over money and he decided to walk out and leave. She was about 2 months pregnant when he left. While being gone he came across many women and slept with them. When he figured he missed my aunt he came back to her when she was 9 months only 1 week to her due date. He gave her this bull that he was miseble without her and hadn't slept with other people. So- time passed & my little cousin who is now 12 was only 5. My uncle had a drinking problem and started having kidney problems so on a random doctor visit he found out he was HIV pisitive. I went to the doctor with my aunt & him to translate what was going on with his kidneys when I had to break the news to him. My aunt was so devastated & angry!! She had problems with him cheating before and because of that she decided not to sleep with him during those 5 1/2 years. She had the choice to leave but didnt

Me and myboyfriend ahve been together 3 years.We have a one year old son. Our sex life is still as good as wen we 1st met. He started a new job 3months ago. Since then i feel as tho he is nt as n to me as he used to be. He works all day and most saturdays. I know he is tired and stressed about work.I also know he would never cheat on me.He isn totally against being unfaithful and lying. I just feel as tho he is getting bored with me. There was a guy in my life for about two years. I was married then and nothing actually happened between us but I was painfully in love with him. When he would look at me his eyes would just light up, I know the same things happened in mine. But now two years after my divorce I am finally at a place where I feel like I've gotten over him but I bumped into him yesterday and I saw that same look in his eyes again. I fervently pursued him before and ended up feeling like a stalker and I don't want to go through that again but ever since I saw him yesterday I haven't been able to get him off my mind. Should I let this go or give it one more shot? I don't want to be that pathetic girl I was then but I don't want to let something special get away from me again either. What would you do?????

State of Florida

If my wife and I sign, date and get notarized a divorce settlement today, will I be able to go buy a house tomarrow free and clear of her? ... or do I have to wait until the courts/judge sign off on it?

My thoughts are that the signed divorce settlement is a binding contract on that date and not the date that the courts/judge sign off on.

We've been together for over 5 years (married for three) and from the beginning I have been clear about wanting to have a child/children at some point. She claimed that until she met me, she never wanted kids, but that she had changed her mind and wanted to have a kid(s) together. It became a question of "when" not "if" we were going to have kids. Hell, we have had multiple conversations about what names we would use for a boy vs. a girl. Now that all of the boxes have been checked (health issues resolved, bigger house, she's about to turn 30, I'm 34), she has suddenly turned a 180 and says she's not sure that she will ever want to have children (naturally or through adoption). Needless to say, I was shocked and feel very betrayed by a person that I love very much. I'm willing to give counseling a try, but I'm not sure she will ever come around. If that is the case, how do you decide between someone you love and something you've dreamed of your entire life?

friends with benefits relationship came to an end about six months ago with this guy.He broke it off with me, by text message and told me that if i contacted him again he would file a restraning order against me AND tell these group I know of our relationship, including his best friend, which was my frin so the next day his best friend calls me and invtes me to an event he happens to be hosting. I decline the offer because I thought it was pretty weird that she would just call me up after not hearing from her in six months.But now, when I see him on campus, he speaks and says hello, and even told me to call him, and smiles at me like everything is all okay, but with her it's a different story. she doesn't speak at all, I even tried calling her and I got no response. I even heard that they are not friends anymore. So my question is why the adverse response.Do you think he went back and told her something and if so why is he cool about the situation and she's not.

Just to give a little more background of the situation, his best friend ALMOST became my sorority sister, but I never continued the process, plus i knew her before I knew him, BUT i asked him IF there was anything going on, several times as a matter of fact, and he assured me that there was nothing going on between them, I even told him that I almost joined the group, and he told me he didn't care about that, and he liked me..but I feel like I 've done something wrong. How do i overcome the guilt?
