Unfortunately dear, you can't have ANY type of marriage without parental consent if you're under age. When you become of age, parents have no say anymore in who you want to spend the rest of your life with... go ahead and marry anyone you want to!

Depending on the state, the ages differ on when you can get married without parental consent, but most states won't allow same sex marriages, so you would have to check on which states honor the license and what the ages are on the absence of parental consent.

No.
Very few places will allow a minor to get married, especially without parental consent.
Then after that you have to see if where you live allows same sex marriage

well you should really just wait! what is the rush? it's only 2 more years then your relationship will be much stronger
but no you cant get married with out a parents consent unless you were emancipated which takes a while
and the same sex thing depends on the state
just wait till your 18! or longer there is no rush in getting married!!!

It depends in what country you are living in. If you are in Uk then no you cannot you have to be 18 years of age. In some country's they get married a lot younger because the mortality rate is very high like in Africa, girls as young as 12 years old have children so I understand. If you are in the USA as I think that's where you live then I am unsure as to this, you would have to find out by visiting the registry office or county records office they will be able to tell you there sorry I could not help.

I support same sex marriage, but I think that 16 is way too young for anyone to get married. I also don't think that most states will let any 16 year old get a license to get married. wait until you're older and are finished with college and have a career going before you think about committing to one person.

No, the same rules apply for gay as do for straight. 18 and below you MUST have parental consent or a judge's court order. Then if your in the USA, since your gay, you have to live in specific states to get married/civilly unionized.
