I am a woman so I can't speak for the guys side of the answer. I am 30 and I have something called hypopituitarism. It's a thyroid and pituitary sickness. I've had to take meds ever since I was 18. Have you talked to your parents about it, and have you gone to the doctor yet? You may need a endo cronologist to help you in those areas. Talk with your dad or mom about it and see what they say.I'm 30 and I get carded everywhere I go. People say it's a blessing. I'll like it better when I'm 40 and look like I'm 30 lol.People think I'm 17 or 18 all the time. I was also on Growth Hormone and gave myself injections everyday.Good Point Duh(simpson)Don't rush yourself if you haven't grown in every way by the time you're 18 I would go to a doctor. Also a side affect of having those problems is hair not coming in in all the right places. Best of luck.

Don't think that it won't happen, because it WILL. No need to stress, you might even end up taller than your mates. I've noticed that all the boys I know that hit puberty early (beards and muscles at 13) ended up staying short. They seemed solid and tall to me when I was 13, but now we're adults, they are actually really short ;-D

My nephew was that way, but he's like 30 now. They put him on growth hormones and he shot up to something like 6'1" (tallest in the family), and developed all the normal male features.

No, but have you seen your doctor or maybe seen a specialist that can help you regarding your low growth hormones.
