As a rule no-means no. but as you said you were both under the influence so yes I beleave the young man could be truly sorry for his actions. The catch is to not let your self be caught in that position again. You are responsible for your safety--I am not saying that any woman asked to be taken advantage of.raped, and or molested-but men as a rule think with their 2nd brain and it is up to us to teach them better --Some will learn -some will not-- be safe--somabody loves you

Even if you overheard him saying that. if you were coaxed into having sex, what is there left to say. He was trying to force you to go along with something you did'nt want to do. When people are drunk they express another side of them nobody has ever seen before. I would not pay no mind to it. If he loved you he would of never done that stuff. He is only making up for the mistake that he did to you on that night.

That is why i will never date a drugged out loser again!! They are more applicable to cheat (the old saying: I was drunk, I didnt know what was going on) Ugh! How naive can a girl be.....I would personally not be with someone like that. What about some other girl while hes drunk and high??? Watch out ladies....But, no.... it takes two to tango hunny! You cant put all the blame him...what were u doing while hes puttin it in? Come on.....

Iam so sorry to hear of your ordeal please get to the nearest S.T.D. clinic (as a precaution if you value you your body.) then put it all down to experience.. some guys, are bullies wanting there way sex should be happily concented not forced on to someone....please girls try and keep your own council if you are in danger , scream , yell, even call a cab, or alert staff of the place where you are they will get the police.. but, don't be scared these are weak men (sorry i don't mean the whole universe those who can't EXCEPT THE WORD ''NO''as they could be charged with possible RAPE or RAPE then we know what that means

If he was as intoxicated as you say then maybe it is possible for his actions to be slightly fuzzy. But if he remembers everything then that means that his brain was conscious to his actions. I matters not that he bought you a morning after pill because that doesn't take away the night before. This one is up to you it depends on how you feel about it. Sorry but I can't answer this one. Just remember: you can be sorry for doing something but that doesn't change the fact that it happened.

C'mon Steph...are you serious? "He apologized and bought me the morning after pill". Do you know how ridiculous that sounds?
It isn't possible that the definition of rape could apply here, is it? Good grief!! I'm a guy and I think this dude's scum.
And no, it doesn't matter if you overheard him tell someone that he loves you.
Sorry, but you asked.

Sure he might be sorry, but that doesn't change the fact that you didn't want to and that's the problem, he couldn't accept your answer and kept pushing, kinda scary...what will he do next? Sounds like the little brat kid who throws a tantrum when he didn't get what he wanted...this is probably not someone whom you want to associate with.

i feel that if you accept this apology, you will be allowing this to happen over again and labeled as easy. and any person that does this has very little respect for any one.
good luck
