Yeah - I'm with Chitty; anger and frustration get harder and harder to hold in, and when they finally pop, it tends to be hard on everyone. You need to have someone you can blow off steam to (and believe me, it can be hard to be on the receiving end of that, which is why priests and counselors are so important), and it doesn't sound like your mom is going to be much help. You need someone who cares for you enough to let you vent your frustration, but is not going to take it too personally. Would writing letters help at all? The old message-in-a-bottle trick has been known to help a bit, or maybe you have grandparents who would love to hear from you, even if it's a letter about what upsets you. Even though this is a very tough time for you, it _will_ pass and get better, I guarantee it. We all struggle along, but then there are new friends and new experiences that gradually help take the pain away. Hang in there - sometimes it helps to go day to day, or weekend to weekend. You'll get there!

Let those emotions out, no point in keeping them built up inside you , only make you worse! You should be able to feel free to express your emotion to your mom, maybe talk to your friends or maybe another family member that you feel comfortable talking with...
