I asked this last night and was wondering what advice I could get from the day crowd?
I found a vibrator in my 13 year old son's closet...I'm not too sure what to do? He's home schooled and I'm not too sure where he got it from. I feel like I should talk to him about it...kind of make it a bonding experince. His father died 2 years ago and he's been acting diffrently since. I just want him to be happy but I don't know what to do? Please help and be serious I need your help!?

and the thing is that she is only coming in to visit, she has no intention of taking her child with her. When she comes in, the child stops whatever she is doing (even when she is eating) and immediately starts crying. Her mother is very obnoxious and expects us to stop what we are doing to cater to her (the mother, not the child) and doesn't even care that she is interrupting anything. Then after 15 min. she leaves and the child stays upset for 10 minutes after. I just would like a way to stop this from happening. It is extremely ANNOYING!!!!!!!

My 14 month old son is currently suffering from a pretty bad summer cold. Since he is having trouble breathing through his nose, it is causing him to wake up in the middle of the night. We just got him into sleeping through the night a month ago (he was a nursed baby so it was hard for us to get him out of the nighttime feeding routine). I don't want to fall back into the old routine by going into his room when he wakes up. Not to mention two nights ago when he woke up he wanted to play, when we thought it was because of his cold. Anyway, should I fear the return of the old routine by giving him attention in the night? Or should I continue giving him the extra care he is getting from being sick?? Any opinions would be appreciated...thanks.

Women initiate 93% of divorces; are they ever going to take responsibility and stop trying to blame the dad for leaving? How can fathers be leaving when it's women who do the divorcing? Dictionary time ladies.

my husband got a kid from his ex wife, the kid is with us, since we just got married, me and the kid are not getting along with eachother yet and i understand that, but he is sometimes mean to me, i tried to tell hi not to be mean and let him understand about being mean but he doesnt listen, he keeps on hurting me, like throwing things, screaming and hit me specially if his dad or anyone he used to be with is around. and he is doing that things to them as well.

i would like to teach him the right things, like to be respectful to everyone......give me some advise of what to do to get a long with him to start doing one of my responsibilities to him as his step mom. thanks

1) No matter how hard you try, you can't baptise cats.
2) When your Mum is mad at your Dad, don't let her brush your hair.
3) If your sister hits you, don't hit her back. They always catch the second person.
4) Never ask your three-year old brother to hold a tomato.
5) You can't trust dogs to watch your food.
6) Don't sneeze when someone is cutting your hair.
7) Never hold a Dust-Buster and a cat at the same time.

I have asked questions about my stepson on here before, and though most of the answers that I get are great, a few people, however, have made comments that stepparents shouldn't be disaplining, telling their stepkids what to do, or setting down rule for them, that it should be the "real parents". So does this mean that we basically let our stepkids run over us? Or not encourage them to view us a authority figures? In my case, I am being expected to take over as my stepsons mom, she gave him to us(Yes us, the custody papers have my name on them as one of the primary parents), so if I am doing the duties of a mom, like washing his clothes, buying school supplies, cooking his meals, then shouldn't I have a right to be a true parent to him. Or am I just suppose to be his maid, or as some have put it, his friend? What if my husband isn't home and my stepson does something wrong? Do I let it go till his dad gets home? Why are stepparents not suppose to be "parents" to their step kids?

Okay Im not going to lie, I put up an anti-Gay website on myspace saying it is a sin and teenagers are being brainwashed by girls kissing girls is orgasmic signs that are all over myspace and i was going into it..

And this one girl said he was raped from age 5 to age 10 and turned into a les, and her rapist was a freind of her parents (horrible parents..imo) and she never told anyone . now i know...

Even tho her parents dont talk to the rapist anymore for whatever reason, I am assuming they still know his contact details.

I am very angry, and very sickened by this, And i think the rapist should be tourted for 5 years and then murdered, If it was my daughter i would murder him regardless of punishment. She is 14 now, And is planning on commiting suicide.

I am planning on calling the police as early as now i know the town she lives in (i think..i didnt memorize her profile) and i can get the police number and report this.. My SN for yahoo is poop45543,

I have a 1 1/2 yr old, 3 1/2 yr old and an almost 9 yr old....they go shopping with me, we go to the park a lot.....but frankly, I think I'm a boring mom....what are some ideas to spruce up motherhood....the only thing I've been able to come up with are the various things offered by the library, or sports....but there has to be more ideas...I just hate getting into a two week rut with nothing to do...(okay, I love it, but think I'm ruining my kids....)

or do you think a rut, just hanging around the house is okay? I just feel bad when it happens....

My 18 month old son has a sh*tty father who pays very little child support and only takes him when he feels like it. I have had to take him to court and I'm still getting nothing. I am a single struggling mother with very limited income. I love my son very much, but there are days when I just feel that he would be better off living with his father who makes good money. His father has offered to take full custody (which makes no sense to me since he doesnt see him that often now). What should I do?

Ok, I heard that someone was selling the right to name their unborn child on Ebay? What's next? Selling the kids on ebay, I know some parents whom would love to sell their teenagers, and when my son breaks or loses some of my tools yeah, selling him sounds like a good idea. What's next, dirty diapers?
