I have known my best friend(girl) for 2 years (I am a guy). We used to do everything together and were so close. We used to walk to college, sit together, eat lunch together, do things in the evenings, call and text each other. Recently she has started seeing this new boy friend who she has liked for ages, and been telling me about it even before they got together.

Now they are together. We hardly do anything together now. Because all the things we used to do they now do together. And if I ever want to meet up with her she brings her boyfriend along. Whenever I phone her, her boyfriend is now talking in the background.

She has told me that our relationship is changing but it won't affect the friendship. But it has. And they don't seem to know it. Whenever I tell her how I feel she just starts arguing with me, or the boyfriend gets angry as well, and they think I am acting strange. Or sometimes she does listen but never takes it in.

I don't want to lose her. Any advice?

I mean, like the last time I went from the US to visit Mexico, there were no necessary documents or ID or anything necessary to go into Mexico, but to return to the US, I needed at least a Drivers License. I know it's same continent, and was before 9/11. But what are rules in say, Lebanon, or Syria, or Kuwait? Somewhere like that (not Israel per se), but is someone knows?........

Can anyone explain to me my "Here you go Bush Haters!" question.

Liberal, Conservative, Democrat, whatever . . . JUST ANYBODY.

It is more than one sentence long, so brace yourself.

Read it and come back with an intelligent response, if I can get that.

What is the best FREE file sharing program you would suggest?
I have tried eMule, eDonkey, LimeWire, Kazaa and I'm scurrently runnin Bearshare (not many options but so far very quick n relatively virus free). Many of the previous programs I have used introduced a number of viruses.

I met this guy on the internet (not a dating site, but a music forum), and we ended up falling DEEPLY in love with each other. He lives in Canada, I live in the (southern) United States. My mom wants me to go to school this semester, but I want to take a semester off to move up there with him. We've been talking on the phone the whole summer, but I haven't really told my mother about him and our plans of living on our own... all she really knows about him is the fact that I ran up the cell phone bill REALLY high by talking to someone in Canada.
I'm 20 yrs old, he's 21... we haven't met yet but we exchange photos and use the webcam, so I know WHO I'll be meeting. I think (actually I know) I've found my soulmate. I want to spend the rest of my life with him, and he feels the same way about me (don't ask me how I know, I just do, lol). I've never done anything like this before and I wanted to know how (if it were possible) I could get my mother to agree with my plans as soon as possible.

I am miserable with my husband. We very rarely get along-or even try. Niether one of us loves the other. I can see us getting divorced as soon as the kids are old enough. He's lazy, won't work, is abusive,(physically & emotionally). Everything about him makes me unhappy. For some reason, I can't get enough nerve to leave him. I am completely miserable, yet I am still here. Why? It's not for financial reasons, I support us. I have ample opportunity to leave-but I can't make my mind up. Counseling won't work-been there done that. According to him, he is the smartest person in the world and knows everything about everything. Basically my question is-if he is such a jerk and I am so miserable-why can't I make my mind up to leave?

I'm a fit 30 year old and have been doing loads of exercise regularly to keep my weight down and hopefully to lose it - I wanted to lose about a stone in total over 6 months or so. It was coming down very very slowly but then last week i went on an advanced riding trek through Iceland for a week. We were riding about 6-7 hours a day and although there was plenty of food I found that by the end my appetite had disappeared and i hardly ate for the last 48 hours (I did have a great time though!!) and i drank mainly water and some coffee all week. Having returned, all my clothes are hanging off me and I seem to have lost over half a stone. Is this unhealthy? Given I was losing weight v slowly before can I expect the weight to stay off if I do as I was doing before my holiday? I've never lost that much in that short a time before... any advice appreciated!
