I have recently been diagnosed with IBS and my trigger foods are gluten and dairy..I am always on the look out for meal ideas....

There is a really great book callled the Gluten Free Gormet by Betty Hageman. I bought it when I thought that my middle son might have a problem. It has GREAT recipes for pizza crust and almost everything else. I myself altered regulat recipes and made a terreific wheat-free brownie. My firends coun't tell the difference

the large supermarkets do a bread mix that is great.........much nicer than the gluten free bread. I use it to make home made pizza. and the chocolate cake mix is heaven.

you need to be on a hypoglycemic diet/ gluten and lactose free. ..specialized but not impossible.. fruits vegetables ..no bread..some soy milk substtute is ok ..to tolerance..fruit juices are preferred ..small amounts of caffeine daily..stay away from carbohydrates !and cereals! look up hypoglycemic diet on internet.. http:\\ www.programwitch.com/Diet/
