People all are very similar. But because of life's different backgrounds those similarities can change, into different hobbies and things for example. So the things we perceive to share common interests in (like with a soulmate) could have potentially been with anyone. So you could be soulmates with anyone, and, in that case doesnt make it very special and elite. So no I don't believe in it, see my point?

i believe there is only one true soulmate for each of each on both an emotional and physical level. But we can find soulmates on one or the other level. Be patient and wait for it to come to you....it is like a butterfly- always just out of reach if you try and chase it

I believe that there are many soulmates out there for everyone, it just takes a long time to find one so it seems like there is only one.

Soulmate, thats a strong term. I believe if you believe that someone is you soulmate then thats it, until you go separate ways and then you start saying how he is the wrong one and start looking again. If there are soulmates, you might never meet, my advice is make do with whats around you. Make that guy next door your soulmate, or pretend he is. Hahahahahah.

The only way you will ever find the "one" , is if you actually try to find that special someone, no point waiting around cause that won't get you anywhere, but then sometimes the best things happen when you least expect it, so if your ever in doubt remember that there is someone out there or you.
Me? well... no i don't think i have found mine, it will take more and a few trials till you find that perfect person, but the people you meet along the way makes you understand more about love and commitment

I do believe there is only one true soulmate for each of us. My soulmate passed away 25 years ago, but I can still feel him near me.

i am happily married, so like to think i have found mine., and am not looking for a new love interest, but at the same time i think it is easy to love different people over a life time.
there was a very famous cricket captain, who had an unfortunate fatal accident. he had a very loving and wonderful marriage, where his wife stood with him through a lot of hardship. a year or 2 after his death ,she met someone else , who she fell in love with.i remember an article where she said that her first love will allways be special and the new man appreciated this, but at the same time her life had to carry on.
i have told my husband that if i died, he must not feel guilty about becoming involved with someone else, because life is for living and loving.why be lonely.
the idea of a soulmate is a romantic notion (and i do love romance), fate is what brings people together. to me saying that soemone is my soulmate is like, not acknowledging that there are many unique ,wonderfull peops out there, who i culd be equally compatable with.

I have my one true soul mate, we found each other over 26 years ago and he really and truly is the best soul mate my life ever needed, though for some people they find more than one soul mate, they have it in a partner, a friend, a parent or just a neighbour, guess its how they want it to be.

I don't think there is only one soul mate, or only 1 big love in some-body's life.
I broke up with my boyfriend who was my first love and we had been together for 7 years. I really thought he was THE ONLY man for me, and my prince charming. Even though I found it hard to get over him, now that I have a new relationship with another guy, I'm very happy & I just feel like he is the right man for me. So my dear, there is not just ONE person for you in this big world.
You just have to find the right spark!

I believe there is a soulmate out their for everybody and it takes awhile but when you meet them, you just know. There is like a connection that you have.
I think I have found mine, but time will tell and I am sure it will be a long slow process for us because of what we have been through, but I am sure that he is the one for me xxx
