babies do cry a lot. How old are they? Have you tried swaddling to make sure they are all cosy? could they have colic or could the one that cries a lot have reflux? Does he cry as though in pain or is it just like a whimpering cry?

You know your own babies, so you'd know or get a feeling if something was wrong. It takes in out of you though when youi've not had much sleep, so you must be feeling very tired right now and maybe rational thoughts have gone out of the wondow.

I promise you it does get better once you have gotten into a routine with them. You need to try and sleep through the day though or once you get to about 4-5 months you might go a bit loopy in the head like I did. But mind you, it didn't help that I wasn't getting a lot of support from their daddy! (not his fault, work commitments, he has since changed jobs)

I wish you luck, if you want any tips or advice my email is always open xxxx

I also have twins! You just have to figure out what he/she wants. With mine they had to be swaddled or they never slept. Try and remember in which direction they slept in the womb and place them that way. Also make sure it is dark. I used a flashlight tot get in and out of the room for weeks after they came home. He/she may have acid reflux (don't laugh mine did) I had to elevate mine on a triangle piece of foam, so he would be comfortable. Hope this helps if not go to www.babycenter.com. They helped me alot in their twin section.

Try to keep them awake more during the day, it sounds like their sleep schedule is off kilter. If they are tired when they go to bed at night, they should sleep soundly all night.

They may be cold. Try to warm them, and put potpourri in there room, it helps people sleep better.
