we had an areegment for rent to be paid every 30th of the month, but half of my payments comes in my a/c around the 10 of each month, which makes it hard for me to pay my full rent on the date areeged, my landlord calls me on the 31st of month saying i will have to leave the property even when i always make sure half of the rent is paid before the 30th of month and the other half is paid 3 to 4 days after. it is very stressful and i would like to know what are my rights.

and decides to remarry, will he have to continue to pay spousal support? If so does the amount stay the same, or is it raised or lowered depending on new wife's income?

If "parents" are so concerned about who their kids meet online shouldn't THEY take responsibilty for watching over their kids? Why use tax payer money to watch over people who have already served the time society demands for whatever they did? It is unfair to keep persecuting people who have already served their prison sentence AND probation. Yet they are still getting slapped with new laws/requirements/guidelines. Most of "those people" are first time offenders. After serving their prison sentence they face around 5 years probation. On probation they must go see their P.O. at least once a month, are subject to warrantless searches ANY time of day/night INCLUDING THEIR COMPUTERS at home & work (if/when they are lucky enough to find someone who will hire them). And they must have a full time job & register on the sex offenders list for 10 years . If they didn't screw up on 5 years probation chances are they probably won't. Make parents responsible or keep kids off the internet.

I was pulled over last weekend for expired tabs and they soon found out that we had all been drinking in my car. I didn't have much and thought that it had all left my system but there was still a trace. I have to go to court now and was wondering what should I expect for fines or penalties?

I want to set up a website to con paedophyles. They will send me money thinking they will be buying nasty pics but I will send them some help publication instead.

Is it legal?
What do I risk?

I don't think it is legal but I also do not think that many paedophyles would be stupid enough to complain to the authorities...

I work for a supermarket and I'm afriad that not only my idenity is in danger, but also my fellow co-workers. To find out the amount of vacation pay we have or things of that sort, the manager prints out a paper with the information on it. This piece of paper contains everyone's social security numbers on it. What surprises me is that when someone asks for such info like their vacation pay, the manager prints out the whole piece of paper with maybe 20-30 other people's info on it including their social security numbers on it and just hands it over to anyone. God forbid this info gets into the wrong persons hands. There has also been papers with every employees social security numbers just laying around on an unattended desk. I'm extremely nervous about this and need some advice on what actions I should take! ( This has been brought to the managers attention and they continue to do this!)

Under British and Australian laws a jury in a criminal case has no access to information about the defendant's past criminal record. This protects person who is being accused of the crime.
Some lawyers have suggested that this practice should be changed and that a jury should be given all the past facts before they reach their decision about the case.

Do you agree or disagree?Give reasons for your answer.

I told the company that I was no longer interested in the service before the service was complete and I wanted to cancel it . They told me I couldn't and I would still owe them the money if I used the service or not. I had already paid the set-up fee and first month which was $170 and they told me I would still be held accountable for the remaining $390 regardless. I'm trying to figure out how I can get out of this....most companies have a cancel or 30 day policy because sometimes people chancge their mind and I changed my mind before everything was complete and I want out. My credit card that they used is now expired and I never called them with my new card info...but they just called me! And I'm wondering should I just pay the $ or dispute it because I am not using it, never have and I told them that way before.....???? I don't want it to be on my credit report and also...since I shop online a lot ...I used a pre-paid credit card to pay for this...NEED HELP!!!! LIKE TODAY!!!!!

I was fired from my job yesterday for excessive absences on mondays I have worked for the company for 9 months and have only missed 3 full days 2 which were on a monday -one to take my fiancee to the doctor -have documentation and the other I got sick after working a 22 hour shift (Fri-Sat)- I didn´t go to the dr but returned to work the following tues. He did not follow the company handbook regarding termination- Verbal warning Written warning Final written warning Suspension Termination. He stated he gave me a verbal warning. He only threaten to write me up if I did not work overtime. In the discussin of my termination He told my that my fiancee was also fired b/c we were a pair and he was unhappy w/ his performance. My fiancee has had no warnings. My personal/Sick time according to the handbook and check stubs show that I had 3 sick days and 2 Personal days What was recorded on my paycheck is incorrect I brought this up to him and he ignored me. I worked a lot of overtime so for days I missed or was tardy the OT kept me from having to use personal/sick time.Is this right can he do this? thanks for your time

My fiance's ex-mother-in-law is continuously bad mouthing him to his children. They have been telling me some of the things they were told about their father which are completely not true. Due to this influence, the one girl claims to be "scared" of her father and is talking about moving to Florida with the mother (who moved there when her children were 1 and 2 for a guy she cheated with while married to my now fiance). We found out from his other child that the grandmother is pushing his daughter to move down there. We are in PA and the custody agreement is here as well. They only visit there mother 2 1/2 months a year over summer and most of the time they are with the grandmother. They are legally old enough to stay home alone while the mother is at work, so is there an legal process to restrict unsupervised visits with the grandmother due to the "brainwashing".

Doesn't he have the right to be served personally? What if this person was just someone working on my home?
