The guy was correct they only protect their own crooked cops, they abuse poor people wrather they are white or black and if you are poor you are automatically guilty in this country so why does it say to serve and protect when that as far from the truth as possible? or at least it applies to the rich and not the poor...

It's to amuse the poor people who know better and to comfort the rich people who have lawyers.. Those words bring comfort to the other police officers too who tell theirselves they are the greatest and they bring law and order to us when if fact most people follow the law and have no need of the police ever...

Those of you who believe that all cops are crooked though are wrong there's a lot of good police out there but in my neighborhood they are corrupt and can be payed off to look the other way and I am sure it is that way in other neighborhoods as well. The mayor in my town uses the police to run people he doesn't like out of town, is that right?

This is 2 twenty year old college students who have clean records and have never even acted like they could be this stupid. They seem shocked that it is such a big deal and they have given the goods back.

Someone I was close to is dead from suicide following durg use. He would not live with his father, the only family memebr who recovered from use. He refused to get help. Now, if his father had beaten him up, sent him to the hospital, and told them about the need for detox, would that have been justifiable? He might have been OK, not dead.
So, aren't there some things we do in war, because that's that?
Are there some war crimes that need to be committed, because nothing else is working?
Or are we going to let drug addicts and criminals and terrorists and murderers roam free, so we can hope to catch them and nicely bring them to an orderly trial...
Soon, we may not have enough citizens left to carry out the detective work and the jury selection and the- and the- and the- and we will be overrun.
Sorry, this PC crap has to go.
Bush better stay off my phone line, and not even think about censoring this question, though! :-)

I know an Advance Directive is for health reasons if a person is unable to make their own decisions, but what is the name of the form to fill out saying to whom you wish to give your property, your money, your things when you die? What is the form called and where can I print one perhaps for free?

my parents divorced when i was 8 and my dad lives about 40 mins away. i see him on weekends and me and sister want to live with him. my mom and step dad are insane. they are always yelling at us, saying were terrible and when we break something or accidently lose something were grounded or punished or something.

they are really mean and dont care about our feelings. im 15 and my sister is 16. we want to live with my dad but there are a few problems:

1. i cant leave my friends at school. they are the only reason why i can make it through a day of yelling and critisism from my mom and stepdad. since my sister cant drive yet and my dad cant drive us to school every morning because he has to work, what do we do??? we cant change schools no matter what...is the bus even an option???

if my sis does get her license though, she doesnt have a car there. my mom wont let her take the car she was gonna get.

thats the only issue. what do i do??!! i cant live here anymore!!!

i put emergency P.F.A. on him, he beat me to judge, although later his were dropped against us,me and 4 kids ended up on street w/out home, job, belongings. the abuse continues, the justice system is doing nothing to help us and we need financial help soon. i haven't been called for a job yet, though apps are in. i can now tell ya why women and children disappear daily. alcohol/drug abusers are horrifying and when they manipulate a justice system it gets worse. bradford cty justice has allowed him to stay out of jail, put us on street, get unsupervised visits even w/ 3 yr P.F.A. against him, not get our belongings, not charge him child abuse even w/ pictures and proof of cut up child, and proof of his drug abuse. we just need help till i get a job, i have done ok getting them all basic living needs, we had nothing, but that doesn't bring cash flow, and i was beat good w/ 2 hurt children.there must be something somewhere because there is nothing but more abuse in bradford cty, PA

On Dec. 18, a drunk driver crossed the yellow line and hit me. Does his insurance company have to pay me back for lost wages since I cannot work due to injuries. If so, is that money added to the settlement or do they pay me on a weekly bases like my work would? I need to know because I am a college student with bills to pay, but I have NO income right now because of this. If they don't owe it to me now, is there a way they can help me pay my bills?

My landlord did a re roof without a permit and it failed catastrophically. What are the penalties under the law for doing this? As the roof came off in the first hurrican that came along. He also collected insurance money for this. Is this also legal? My family suffered trumatic emotional harm from watching our property damaged and my wife had a ceiling fall in on her.

Some people believe in the biblical "Spare the rod and spoil the child"... and I'm not talking about beating, or abuse... Just a good old fashioned swat on the rear end. Should the government really be able to tell you how to deal with your child? Next will they be telling you that it's illegal to give your kid more than one soda a day?

What's your view?

court cost but I want to adopt a baby so bad. I can't have any of my own. I'm 36 years old and I feel so "desperate" to be a mother. How would a person go about finding the cheapest route of adopting a child. I'm telling you I tell everyone I know if they know anyone who doesn't want their unborn child or even any age child I would be willing to adopt them. I'm not poor but neither am I well off. Theres no way I could afford $10,000.

I was denied a lawyer on a traffic citation. It was over $50 then being denied a lawyer is a clear violation of Gideon V Wainright and also my 14th amendment rights.
