court cost but I want to adopt a baby so bad. I can't have any of my own. I'm 36 years old and I feel so "desperate" to be a mother. How would a person go about finding the cheapest route of adopting a child. I'm telling you I tell everyone I know if they know anyone who doesn't want their unborn child or even any age child I would be willing to adopt them. I'm not poor but neither am I well off. Theres no way I could afford $10,000.

i totally understand where u are coming from, my 50yrs old just adopted a beautiful baby boy.. It her first kid..
I'd advise you to pray about it.. God will understand and find a way to get a especially baby for you..Do get in touch with orhanages and homes for young adult females.
. You don't have to be rich to care for a kid.. you gotta have love, the rest comes from first hand experience. Fostering kids also increases your chances with adoption agencies, especially single parents [just incase were one]

I would say pray. That gets you a lot father in life. Then you could take out a bank loan or something. Or save your tax return. Lots of options. Take a second job or do an independent distributing company for added income and save it.

Have you seen if there is a state progaram or group that deals in this matter? Local orphangage. How about being a foster parent?
