I recently (last August) signed a contract with a client for a web site. The contract was modified by the lawyer to include the name of my domain for my web site, which was not what I was attempting to use as a DBA. I asked if it was necessary to register the DBA if it was on the contract and the lawyer assured me it wouldn't cause any problems. Now that I'm finally registering the DBA, the form asks this question: 'Please provide the date you first commenced business (or will commence business) UNDER THE FICTITIOUS NAME:' Does this mean that it is okay that I first commenced business with this name (which isn't taken), since I haven't done any advertising, etc. with the name? A quick response would be very helpful, as I'm starting to worry... Thank you for your time!

Do you really think that the government gives a damn about your health? Surley, the cars chugging out black smoke are worse and what of the billions of pounds tax the government received every year from tobacco companies.

I can't understand why this is going through.
No need to tell me the health risks, im well aware.

It is common practice to arrest anyone that comes into police custody that has an outstanding warrant against them to be arrested, even people that are take to the hospital for serious injuries. Is it fair to show compasion for those who are assaulted and not others that are assaulted.

I am 16 years old and pregnant with my first child. My boyfriend and I would like to raise our baby on our own. He is 20 with a stable job. I am homeschooling trying to finish highschool. I live with my mom and grandparents. My grandparents treat me as an outcast and yell at me all the time. My mom is never home. I told her I want to move out and in with my boyfriend and she did not object but she could always change her mind so I am curious about the laws in New Hampshire. Thanks.

I am a single dad with 100% legal and physical custody of my two kids. The case was discharged from Juvenile court and now my ex-wife is filing multiple requests with the family court for the custody of the kids. This is harassment and a total waste of taxpayers money. More importantly it is not in the best interests of the children that I keep getting dragged back into court over frivilous lawsuites. I've already been told by a lawyer that she will never get them back. I've been told that I could file a petition with the court to get her to stop. I don't know what forms I need or what the term for her is called. Can anyone help me?

I posted a question a while ago about Oback Barama and the question posted last week by Yahoo. I was pleasantly suprised by the answers but the best I received was from Crabby..... and he says racism is not dying in our fair country, I disagree, I think it is dying but certainly not dead. and Crabby if you're listening I stand corrected his father was Kenyan not Nigerian, but as any good Redneck knows Kenyan or Nigerain or South African that's no different than being from New York or Alabama.
