Do not have a clue what the most recent one is ---but I can assure you that what ever it is-- is not nearly harsh enough for the people who are behind all of this type of legislation --- and, so, I'm sure that somewhere there is someone writing a NEW one --- possibly making it illegal for you to light up within fifty feet of yourself !!!
