Well, we're all (except the last one) in agreement that she was just trying to pass the responsibility to someone else. I will have to let the voters decide which one is best (unless one of you bribes me LOL)

no. people need to take responsibility for their actions. i'm against the tobacco lawsuits too. i actually don't see what the big deal is about what she done. look at the sports "heroes' rape,drugs and violence and still most put them on a pedestal and even allow them in the hall of fame.

Absolutely not. As a woman in a media job, she knew the risks of behaving stupidly. She also knows about current technology such as small cameras, camera phones, spy cameras, etc. HER ACTIONS ARE HERS and are not the result of any coercion or duress. She has no excuse for her behavior. This is simply the act of a desperate idiot trying to cling to some sense of decency.

If they lied to her she should win. It's no different than a Doctor lying to the patient about the risks of having a certain operation.

No way. She made a decision; a wet T-shirt contest is not illegal, she was not forced into acting like an idiot. Put this gal in fron tof Judge Judy and see what SHE says.
