assuming you're from the USA, this info is at www.sec.gov., although it can take a while to find what you want. .click "search for company filings" and then click "companies and other filers". type in the company's name...often there are several legal entities with minor variations on the same company name. about a zillion lines will pop up for forms, each with its own code...the code you need is DEF14A which is the proxy statement.(not to be confused with DEFA14A) you might have to click through several pages of filings. but the proxy statement has salary, stock options, other compensation for the top 5 officers.
