4 months ago me and 2 friends got cought by the cops for drinking, one other girl and i are 17 so we went to jeuvenille court less then a month after it happend, but the other girl who was 18 at the time, hasnt got charged yet and its not even in the cops computer. will she ever get in trouble or was it dropped

How would we know, we don't have access to the police departments records. Often charges get dropped for a variety of reasons. If she was 18 she obviously wouldn't be in the Juvenal court system so they probably decided not to pursue this in the adult criminal courts. Maybe they wanted to scare you straight while they still could but decided not to waste their resources on the adult.

It might just be an over sight for right now but seeing as she is a minor for the drinking age is 21 I'm sure it will catch up with her at some point.
