There must be hundreds of cases involving trademark infringement. Where are you looking? Here's one fairly well reported example

Here's a funny one... Hussongs Cantina in Ensenada Mexico has been there in the same location since the late 1800's and had early on trade-marked the name. Some guys opened a restaurant in Vancouver Washington in about 1990 and named it Hussong and Larry's Cantina. Within about a year Hussongs Ensenada filed a trademark infringement, and by court order Hussong and Larry's changed their name to Who-Song and Larry's.... they are still in business today under that name. (Good Mex food too). Unfortunately I don't know if it was a Federal of local Washington court that arrived at that ruling.
