im a 17 year old girl 5'3'' and weigh a 110 pound.... i hate myself for being so fat everyone makes fun of me and calls me fatty ..... can u please help me in what to do and eat
ps once i went on a diet and lost 15 pounds so i turned to be 95 pounds but still that didnt help me because everyone still was calling me chubbyluba and fatty. so i gained the 15 pounds back i just gave up at the time and now i regret it.
i need serious help

i really want to gain weight and i want to look a little thicker than i am right now i have heard that excersizes builds muscles and that helps gain weight but i want to gain FAT...on places....i don't want to look fat but i don't want to look thin either...i want to look just normal...i just want to be a little thicker than i am now....i want to know ALL the ways to gain fat...i eat a lot of junk food but that doesnt work that much it just makes me gain weight and not fat! Sounds like a stupid question, but i am in pretty good shape. Cross country season just ended so i had been running up to six miles at a time. Now for the past week i have been gettting sick to my stomach, getting a headace, and feeling lightheaded after I exercise. It almost feels like I am car sick. It does it after just 2 miles or a karate workout that i usually can handle. It has been 2 times that i have had to go sit down because i thought i was going to pass out. After i eat it does get better but my diet hasn't changed. I still have been eating and drinking as much and the same as I always do. Any suggestions why it keeps doing this and what I should do?

ok, i love food, and im not overweight or anything but there is lump of fat on my stomach and stuff. i always over eat, ill have snacks, and eat like 4 meals a day or something , i skip lunch because im new to a school so im a loner.

basically, i eat breakfast, afterschool, and dinner, and after i eat, i feel like eating more even if im not hungry! or even after i eat, i get hungry!

how do i change this habit so i could maintain a right meal?

i know turkey, tuna, and chicken are good low carb meats, and i also know nuts, milk, yogurt, cheese, peanut butter, and eggs are also good BUT CAN I HAVE MORE IDEAS?

there is alot of fats and calories(nuts/peanut butter) and some saturated fats(the meats)...i will get low fat or fat free cheese and find the lowest calorie/highest protein meats i can get and i only eat eggwhites but i NEED MORE THINGS 2 NOT BE SO LIMITED!

I KNOW BEANS ARE HIGH PROTEIN BUT ARE ALSO HIGH CARB...

what do u low carb dieters buy?...HOW ABOUT U HIGH PROTEIN DIETERS?

be as fat as i am now? i eat only a coffee in the mornign sometimes with a yogurt or so.
at lunch i eat a mc d's meal or maybe just a cheese burger and fries with a cold coffee
at dinner i eat a regular dinner
my portions are normal not too much not too little. someties take out sometimes home meals
will i be able to lower my weight eeating this?
or is it still getting me fat since im eating out

i dont eat much junk and dont eat every little while just those meals

i love to eat cereal. i can eat a whole box in 2 days! i love those special k ones with strawberries or the original one. i eat it for breakfast and dinner. is this bad or ok? i know its too much carbs but i see myself the same. can some people eat a lot of carbs and still be lean?
