Restaurants are money-making businesses. They keep people coming back by making their food REALLY tasty and cheap. The easiest way to do this is by adding a lot of fat, adding high fructose corn syrup (really bad), and using low-grade ingredients. Needless to say, eating out a lot can be very unhealthy.

Even a lot of organic/vegetarian/vegan restaurants can often times use low-grade foods. Plus, eating out is very costly.

There is nothing wrong with eating out every once in a while. But it's undoubtedly better to personally buy the best food out there and make it yourself.

Good luck!

alot , depends of course what you are eating ......a salad or a steak and potato or the sampler filled with fried foods.....and having dessert or not or the coffee or wine etc etc. Or Fast food in general. Even the healthier meals are loaded with cals and fats and its not good to do all the time .......you are better off cooking at home or making a sandwhich and it will save you money
