. It depends on what Chinese restaurant you are going to. If you are going to a traditional Chinese restaurant in Chinatown then the food would be different than a regular Chinese take out place.
My suggestion is order something with a lot of vegetables, and for rice ask for brown rice. As for meat stay away from the ribs. Try to order a steamed meat dish. If anything, just spurge for that day, and go back to your diet the next day. No harm in that. (or just cut back in your meals during the day, so when the meal comes you can eat a little bit more) Here is the site for nutritional content in Chinese food.

Almost everything Chinese is loaded with salt, so you'll have to drink lots of water to help flush it out and prevent [temporary] water-weight gain. Other than that, I'd say go for mostly veggies, and limit your portion sizes of everything else. If it's a buffet, don't pile stuff up on your plate, and don't get too much for seconds.

Ask if their steamed dumplings are hand-crafted. in the event that they're, little doubt, order that and a pot of warm tea. super time of three hundred and sixty 5 days for those, and that they are very filling and occasional in fat. in any different case, order the fried rice with in spite of meat you like. Get somewhat cup of warm chili oil on the edge and combine in some drops of it.

Sweet & sour chicken or pork with fried rice. The chicken or pork is cooked with pineapple, thus the "sweet" part of the meal. The egg drop soup is also non-fattening. Enjoy your meal.

I would highly recommend not eating Chinese food, most of the time it is highly seasoned with Monosodium Glutamate, which is very bad, can cause brain problems.
