ok, i love food, and im not overweight or anything but there is lump of fat on my stomach and stuff. i always over eat, ill have snacks, and eat like 4 meals a day or something , i skip lunch because im new to a school so im a loner.

basically, i eat breakfast, afterschool, and dinner, and after i eat, i feel like eating more even if im not hungry! or even after i eat, i get hungry!

how do i change this habit so i could maintain a right meal?

Okay you can try one of two things. You could make your portions smaller. So you can snack all day. Or you could try fasting. When I say fasting I don't mean no water or not eating for the whole day. I mean set a time, like if you eat breakfast at 7 in the morning, then you cannot eat until 6 in the evening. You can drink water, but you cannot eat. Once you master fasting you'd be surprised to find out how to control you hunger also you'd be surprised to find out how much you're not hungry. Also once you do eat, don't over do it. Eat slowly and chew your food. Once you're done with your meal, if you're still hungry wait 15 minutes if you're hungry 15 minutes later then you can eat.

i like to eat raw oatmeal once a day with a glass of milk or water. when you dont cook it , it will swell up in your stomach and keep you feeling full for a long time. most of this is in your head. i never eat meals. i snack every two hours during my day . try this also. it helps me not eat alot of food at one time but allows me to eat more often and feel full all day long.
