Im 5'61/2 and 10 i/2 stone and im not fat so no

You are on border line of healthy weight/overweight
At your height (5 ft 8) you should weigh between 9 and half stone to 11 and half stone. So you are just in the healthy zone.

Oh mi god no, do not fall for the appalling charts that doctors are still using.....

I had a similar debate with my doctor a few years ago. She insisted I should drop to 9 stone. When I hit 10 stone and called in with an infection she 'was appalled by how much weight I had lost'. Then she stated her shock that I still hadnt managed to hit the 'national recommended weight'.

If you feel good in yourself then you are the perfect weight.

According to the website below, you're just within your normal weight. Two or three pounds more and you'd be slightly overweight then. I weighed myself a few minutes ago and to my horror, was 10 stone 9 pounds. I'm 5'4" so need to lose at least 4 pounds.

depends on how tall you are at 5'4 i am over weight and i am 10 stone i should ideally be 9 stone 2lbs and your bones have nothing to do with it

i don't think so but it ain't me to judge its you, are you comfy with your self if so don't worry about it its only when you are feeling down with your weight you should start thinking are you over weight
