I do eat enough and it bothers me. I hate being overweight.

96 lbs.
please be polite about it. and tell me what i can do to get back down to average weight.

i eat health bars for my meals.
but they're good
and i dont like the taste of cheeseburgers

At 5'9" and 96 lbs, you think you are overweight? I would say just the opposite. That is not average weight for a 5-9 person, either male or female. Are you very active in sports or exercizing a lot? An emaciated person does not look in the best of health. You also do not say what you eat. Stop trying to lose any more weight. You sound like a beautiful girl - just don't think about weighing any less.

Hun, you're actually quite a bit underweight. Generally speaking the average acceptable weight range for someone of your height based on BMI is 129-169 pounds. People's poll said that the preferred weight is 120 pounds.
You're BMI is only 14.5. The healthy BMI range is 20-25.
I might be a little off on the calculations since I don't know your age (I used the "adult" option), so you could go to the website listed below to make sure.

You are definatly NOT overweight. In fact, you are pretty underweight, which isn't any more healthy. In fact, your case might be even less healthy. You should see a doctor and talk about this, and make sure you eat full meals every day. If you are that much and you think you are ugly or overweight, you probably need to seek counseling or therapy in addition to getting physical medical attention.

It sounds like you have a eating disorder and need to see a doctor! I am really not trying to sound mean but when some people develop eating disorders no matter how thin they are they always see themselves as fat!! You are terribly underweight and need to seek help!!! or did you maybe mean to write 196?

Come on, u r not overweight. U have BMI of 14, that's too underweight for your height. U should gain some pounds, not too much

Ok, I'll tell this too you nicely.........You are a freakin twig!!! Darlin, you really shouldn't be worried about losing weight, you need to put on a few pounds. For your height you need to be between about 120 and 140 pounds. So please, go eat a cheeseburger!
