Hi, I'm 18 and I workout and I'm in good shape 5/6 weigh 200 lbs muscle. My questione is, do I have to consult a Doctor first before I purchase/use Creatine Monohydarte?? make sure you give detail Thanks 10 points =]

No you don't at all....creatine is found in steak so its just a normal amino acid. You can by it in grocery stores even. Drink lots of water with it.

Creatine doesn't put muscle on you, it loads your muscle cells with water, and makes you stronger so you can train harder and build faster because of it. You'll put 5-10 lbs. of water on in a week and lose it when you stop taking it. The trick is to make bigger gains while youre on it

My husband bought this at Target when he started going to the gym & he did not tell the Dr. He has alomost finish the whole thing & he has not had any side effects. I did see an increase on his muscles. But he is also a healty man so if you are not sure check w/ur Dr. first.
