thats unhealthy.. its not just about how many calories u consume its more about what foods u eat that has those calories ... if u see a person who's 120 pounds 5ft 2 and all of his weight is muscle then u conclude he eats healthy and is at a good weight... while there is another person who's 120 pounds and 5ft 2 but 25% body fat <<< thats fat!! u know whats the diff. ? ofcourse exercise, plus that the kind of food consumed by person is all healthy never fast food or what so ever meal !! so be careful and eat a balanced BF to prevent overeating the rest of the day ;)

I'd cut out the cheeseburger and fries. Maybe you could replace with a sandwich and some fruit? I know that McDonalds isn't great for you, especially if you're eating it every day at lunch - not just for increasing your weight, but also as far as all the crap they put in the burgers and fries. Good luck!

if you wanna lose weight mcdonalds is not the way. i just ate it yesterday and im lovin it, but its definately horrible for you. eat it once a week at most, exercise, and try not to eat out as much and if you do, do it healthy like subway or quiznos or other places with healthy stuff. even at mcdonalds you can get a salad (but with the dressing its just like a cheeseburger) or at wendys you can get like a potato . wendys is better, the chicken sandwhich without mayo has very little fat, and if you get a potato instead of fries or somethin its good

If you want to lose weight, cut Mc D's out of your diet completely. Why don't you bring a healthy sandwhich and fruit from home for your lunch instead?

you aren't going to lose any body fat on that diet, it's too low in nutrients overall. it's low in protein, vegetables, fiber and healthy fats.
