im 13 and my muscles still have to develope. will i bestronger, quicker and faster and more athletic when i am done with puberty?

Yeh probably don't do wieghts until your about 16 or you'll damage your growth and bones

Not by default. If you work out with plenty of cardio and weightlifting, your muscles will become more defined as you age. If you sit around and do nothing, a fine layer of fat will disguise the muscles.

Depends, you still have to be active and work at it, but yes you should start thinning (unless your already thin><>) and get taller, stronger but maybe not faster.

If you exercise, I don't see a problem.
