I don't mean swimming non-stop for an hour, but including taking regular breaks in between.
Which one would be more beneficial for me as I am trying to get a flat stomach ASAP?
Thank you

Swim - for the whole hour. A mix of breast/front crawl/back stroke will do far more as a full body workout for you. And swimming is much more fun than a video!

Swimming & sit-ups (20, 3 times a day) to flatten that tum!
And cycle or walk to the pool, don't drive!

Good luck, have a soulful autumn!

Swimming is & always will be the best overall exercise you can do!
However there is always the what if factors!
i.e. the pool is closed or a gala is on.
Get a pair of runninng shoes & hit the roads...........get on your feet & make it happen!!!!
